A Scape Goats Story !!! I would give this location a minus 5 star if I could, I was given a given a suv with a pre existing damage that would have been impossible to anyone to notice when they do the walk thru because the damage was absolutely under the vehicle in the front and rear bumper, the suv had to be literally lifted 5 feet above for me to notice the damage, the damage was clearly tucked inside the bumper and hence un went unnoticed. After I noticed something was dangling in the front and rear bumper looked like a mud flap I informed the location about it and I also had gotten the full damage waiver at that time. When I called them to inform about the damage I also told them that I had changed my mind about the damage waiver but would get the full glass coverage, if the damage was caused by me why would I ask them to cancel my damage waiver, whoever answered my call said they will note my file since the damage was minor. Apparently nothing was noted on my file when I returned the suv, by then even my full damage waiver was not cancelled either, I had to return the vehicle at west end the rep there said there is a damage to the bumper and I need not worry sine I had the full damage waiver, I said to the rep the damage was notified and also at that time I had informed them to cancel my damage waiver, since nothing was noted on my file, they should have charged my for damage waiver so the damage that they claim was caused by me would have been fully covered, but instead the rep ended up cancelling my damage waiver at the time I retuned the vehicle and said they will send my dispute to head office, 2months later they send me a bill for $2031 asking me to pay for the damage, I reported this to BBB( Better business bureau) and CBC GO PUBLIC as well. The manager at this location cared less to follow up on this did not even attempt to help resolve the issue, now I get calls from their damage recovery threatening to send to collections. It will be nice to know what investigation was done to ensure the damage was not pre- existing, obviously when they do the walk thru they do not lift the vehicle to show us the bottom of the suv is clean. So henceforth when anyone rents any vehicle at Enterprise please make sure that they ensure the Vehicle you rent is clean from the bottom. So you are not made a scape goat for someone else’s blunder. Apparently the rep cancelled my damage waiver at the time of returning the suv because I said to them that I notified this location that I did not want the damage waiver, but they are not willing to accept that I informed them about the pre existing damage at the same time . So anyone who rents a vehicle at Enterprise make sure you check for damages top to bottom, and sign up Damage waiver and feel free to cancel it after you return the vehicle and you will not be charged for that, that way you are covered for your rental period and if there is no damage to the vehicle during your rental period you can tell them you did not want the damage waiver and they will cancel it for you. That’s what they did to me and now holding me accountable for a damage that I did not cause, I will make it my life’s ambition to speak about Enterprise and how bad they are as a company to atleast to my friends and family members that way they will share it to their friends. Bottom line please make sure there is no pre existing damage to the vehicle you rent if not Enterprise will hold you as a scape goat and send it to collections, that’s how they treat their customers. It’s very sad. The entire thing looks like someone at Enterprise screwed up and I’ve been made a big Scape goat. Absolutely terrible company they will go to any extent to recover their money even if its their fault, they have the audacity to send me a email notice threatening me to send me to collection agency, if you don't check for damages under the vehicle before you rent, rest assured you will be royally screwed, this company also has history of being sued by CBC GOPUBLIC in 2015 they had to payback $4000 to customer, Renters Beware.

This has got to be the worst place you can go for a rental. I would never ever go back to this company, or recommend anyone I know to go here as well. I had gone through this company because my dealership had taken my car in for servicing, they had booked this rental for me. I was given a 2020 Ford-150, I had driven this truck for a couple of days and realized that the door on the passenger side didn't lock so I had to manually lock it. When I did lock this door, I couldn't then unlock it so I couldn't access the passenger seat. The driver side door would on and off do the same thing and i would have to use the key to open it, and had to deal with this for almost two weeks. When I phoned as soon as I found all of this out they didn't offer to replace the vehicle with one that worked but to just remind them when taking it back In. while doing the initial inspection it was -30 degrees outside so when their associate did his walk around I was not really paying attention to the vehicle inspection with him (big mistake, because I really don't know if I actually was the one who was driving when this occurred) when I had taken the truck back they found a hole beside the headlight on a piece of plastic the size of small rock. I didnt hear back for 2 weeks and got a call from them telling me I owed 306$, I had already concented to paying 150$ from my damage deposit when initially signing for the vehicle. They told me that the money was for the part and for labor to fix the fog lamp assembly (the cheap piece of plastic that had a whole in it ) I agreed to paying this. They then sent me an invoice for 262$ even though it should have been 156$ because I had already paid 150$ towards the bill. I looked at the invoice from the company that repaired the vehicle.. in total it was 110$ for the part that was broken, 88$ for labor to fix this part. I was also charged 95$+40$ to do a scan on the vehicles operating system (I was told by the company that performed it) which has nothing to do with a piece of plastic that was damaged. They told me the truck was under warranty and that they were going to have it looked at because of the doors locking system thats wasn't working anyway so I dont know why they would even charge me for that scan. They also charged me "admin fees" and loss of use even though the vehicle had to get sent back because of the doors. I tried to phone them the day I had gotten this invoice at 4:20pm , they close at 5pm on Wednesday there was no answer and no one returned my phone call. This business is very unprofessional and will just give you a headache, I don't recommend giving them your time or money.

Worst experience renting a car ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The car was fine, but on top of my accident’s (my actual car) fees. I was charged $300 for a cracked windshield that wasn’t even my fault. When I was driving the car, a rock chip occurred and the windshield cracked. Apparently - that is my fault and I had to pay $300 for a Hyundai windshield . On top of receiving this news, the person informing me, Symsen was horribly rude. Not letting me speak or defend myself, interrupting me and saying that nothing is arguable and it is my fault. I will never rent a car from Enterprise again, and I will make sure to tell every single person I know that needs to rent a car, to stay far away from Enterprise. The fact that something so unavoidable was my fault and paying such a large fee on top of my own accident is ridiculous. It’s highway robbery, and it’s individuals being taken advantage of. I reached out to a professional windshield place and they found the story to be ridiculous as well. They gave me information and told me I have the right to request Enterprise to go to a professional for the professional to inform them it would not be my fault. While they called me on a Saturday to inform me and then were unavailable until Monday, they already sent the car windshield to be fixed. Without me even being able to have anything checked out. The windshield professionals I also called told me that it would make no sense for them to rent out vehicles and charge people for something that comes due to weather conditions or another vehicle not having proper mudflaps, semi-trucks not having roofs over their load (ie. rocks or gravel) - obviously things out of my control. I was also informed that rental cars usually have a good relationship with dealerships that Hyundai probably could have helped them. I’m now out $300 and have never dealt with such horrible customer support/service.

Dealing with the people here is fine. Fairly quick when staffed, a bit slower when they aren't. When I first went there I had asked initially for a car, they tried to give me a truck. When I stood firm they gave me a smaller vehicle. That was fine. What was negative was my drop off trip. What should have been a quick drop off (10 min drive) turned into a half hour trip. The driver had 3 people to drop off. I was supposed to be the second one dropped off. The driver wasn't a direct enterprise employee, I'll give the company that, however he was shuttling the customers around. He was nice but had no clue where he was driving to. The lady at the desk told him to use his phone for gps. On the drive he admitted he had no idea how to use it. On the drive there was the most annoying self rightous customer. He made the driver so nervous he missed my turn then miss the trun that would have corrected the missed turn. As a result of his threat to complain the driver decided to bypass my location and drive the rude customer to his location. Making me drive along for what should have been a 10 min drive into 30. It was completely ridiculous. I had to navigate for the driver on my phone. But at first the driver wouldn't listen to my directions. I don't know if it was because I am female, young or he was so nervous but he didn't believe me until he went down a dead end that I explicitly told him not to go down. As I said before in this review, the driver was nice. The location was fine. The car I used for a week was nice. Until this point I was statisfed. However, this company needs to ensure their drivers know where they are going before they drive. It was unacceptable that the driver went against the explicit instructions from the lady at the front desk. It was such a waste of time and an uncomfortable half hour.

We rented a Cadillac XT5 for an 8 day trip to BC. The car was nice, but was delivered without proper preparation. On a minor note, the inside of the windshield had obviously not been cleaned for a very long time. There was a haze on the glass, and someone had drawn in it with their finger. The bigger problem was with the tires. When we took the car, there was a low pressure tire warning on the dash. We drove the car to the back of the rental site to have an attendant deal with it... which he did not. He checked the tire pressures and told us the warning would go away after a few kilometres. It did not. The warning showed the front passenger tire was low, so I drove to an air pump and tried to correct it. The pump had no effect, so I borrowed a pressure gauge and checked. The tire that was low was actually the passenger rear tire, not the front. Apparently someone had changed or repaired a tire on this car, and did not know how to reset the TPMS. Just 5 minutes on the Internet revealed to me that this was the problem. Unfortunately, I had spent 45 minutes messing with this, when I really wanted to be driving. A car in this price range really should be prepared properly before being handed over. On the positive side, the staff (Nathan) was very nice and the car was a delight to drive.

My rental was set up by my insurance. However, there were none stop issues between the insurance company and enterprise for the billing. No less than 3 times I had to play telephone between the two companies to try to fix their billing matters. Eventually, a gentlemen named Darren at the argyle road enterprise took it upon himself to connect with my insurance company to sort out the issue. I am very thankful for Darren because this was continuously adding unnecessary stress on me. Firstly, I would suggest Enterprise ensure they streamline their business and/or communication with insurance companies so it doesn't fall on the customer's shoulders (this seemed to be the primary issue). Secondly, Darren deserves a raise or some sort of recognition because he single handedly saved the entire situation for all parties involved. I would recommend people looking to rent a car seek out Darren. Also may I add, Darren was in the middle of a busy day at Enterprise when he made the time and took the effort to help me. He could have easily brushed me aside like everyone else. He was handling the front office basically by himself too. Great representative for Enterprise!

Don’t rent from these guys period, i just read couple of reviews before renting from here, as my insurance company sent me here and i was curious why did they have so many negative reviews and then the guy named Tanner Hale took it as offensive instead of just being understanding and de-escalating the situation and giving me very rude answer and said not to rent from here and even wrote that he wouldn’t provide me any vehicle for rent and even wrote it himself and said to go from there. Scammers.. as i told him that my friend rented from them and they charged him for the damage he didn’t even do. And even said to me that he is giving the vehicle for free as my insurance is paying for that. And again don’t come here. If you are desperate don’t, i was really calm ad he took as it is his company and won’t help me understand why they had that many bad reviews and even told me show them on google and said that they didn’t even read them and do anything about them, so you can imagine how much is my review gonna make a difference. Be careful i hope someone will be smart enough to not come to them for any kind of help. Thanks

Yesterday I found someone who said the would not won't! I am with a company and I wanted to rent a vehicle under them for someone in Edmonton (I am in Calgary). I started with a different rental company that we had used in the past and after a few hours they were just unwilling to help. So I tried Enterprise, at first they just sent me to the person who would handle a corporate account although I could not get a hold of them after several attempts. My Boss got involved and he was transferred all the way to the states. I tried yet again, I phoned the Argyll road location and spoke with Shaw who was extremely willing to help. First off he found that we had an account with Enterprise in another location, so he called the location to get the details so that I could rent the vehicle. Then he sent me an authorization form and set everything up. He had told me that he was a part timer and I could tell that he was learning some of the things and I was so impressed that he was willing to go outside his normal realm of duties to assist my request. We as a company will use Enterprise for our rental needs from now on. Thank you!

If I could select 0 stars, I would. The manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He interrupted me several times from start to finish and didn't seem to hear anything I said. He was sarcastic and genuinely didn't seem to care about my situation at all. I'm actually in shock that this is how they speak to people. Then there were discrepancies in the security deposit amount (I had called the day prior & was quoted a different amount), which I was told is my problem, not theirs. I asked if they could look into it, I was told no. I asked why, they had no explanation. They do NOT honor what they quote their customers and when I asked why, he said it's out of his control, then immediately after adjusted the price (after just telling me he had no control over it... evidently not true). Every time I asked a question, I received a different answer. At the end of the day, I would've paid the higher security deposit if the customer service was there. If they would've made any single effort to help me, I would've been happy with that. I ended up cancelling the entire thing because the service here is HORRIBLE.

Do not get a rental from Enterprise, even if it's through your insurance company. After getting into a car accident (I was not at fault I was rear ended) in my own vehicle, I had no choice but to rent a car from Enterprise through my insurance for almost 2 months while my car was being repaired. When I returned the vehicle, they claimed a small, little hole from a rock hitting the front plastic grill as "damage." They are also saying said hole is $600 to repair. Funny that if that rock had hit the windshield and left a chip it wouldn't be claimed as damage... Seems like it should be normal wear and tear to me. This company is a joke, and I never want to deal with them again. There is nothing like a company being crooked after 2 months without your own car and dealing with injuries from the car accident and then having them pull this absolute. B.S. Save yourself the stress and money and do not rent a car from Enterprise. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I just rented a car for the long weekend (first time doing so), the girl and i briefly inspected the vehicle prior to my departure. She marked the windshield since it had a crack and upon my arrival they tried charging me for that same crack! They had the audacity to tell me that what was marked was a rock chip at the top and not the crack at the bottom, when the girl and i clearly saw the crack during the initial inspection and I assumed the mark on the windshield covered all the damage on that side. I have a lot of respect for other peoples' property and I would've had no issue whatsoever covering the costs had I actually caused the damage. I took great care of the SUV all weekend, so much so, I was considering purchasing a bigger car but this experience has just left a sour taste in my mouth so do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAAAYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will shamelessly take advantage of naive honest people OR first time renters!

As someone that works as a First Responder for a Private Agency we can be called in to go anywhere in the province on short notice. Sometimes its a day trip sometimes its a week. Our agency cant always plan ahead to have our vehicles in stock so I have made numerous last minute reservations at the Argyl location in the last 4-5 months. There has been times that the vehicle that I requested was not available, and the manager quickly and without hesitation upgraded me to get me on the road. I have experienced nothing but professionalism from the staff/manager, and everytime I have went there... i have been treated like a valued customer. There is 2 other enterprise locations close by me, but none of them have showed me the utter respect that the staff at argyl have. I will continue to use this location, and actually have a reservation already booked for 3 weeks from now from this location. Great service, great staff, and the cars are always spotless.

This is a very professional establishment with people there ready to help you at any moment.... when I had my accident and I needed a rental car ....my insurance company sent me here and I was very impressed with how they handled everything ....they tried to help me at step of my journey through this terrible time and I didn't have to worry about a thing ...and then when I needed the car 3 days after my insurance claim expired through the rental vehicle they gave me 3 days at the same price as what the insurance company was paying.... I was so impressed with that and it saved me a huge amount of money ...so thank you to the employees and kind people at Enterprise Rent-A-Car off of Argyle Road in Edmonton Alberta for their services and for treating me with respect and trying to save me as much money as possible I think you guys are top-notch....❤

This location is AMAZING! Monish, Rav and Nicole are unbeatable when it comes to customer service. We rent from this location regularly. The customer service is always excellent. Everyone I have dealt with is warm and friendly and the vehicles are clean. We ran into an issue, which led us to visit different enterprise (vast difference in customer service) however, it ended up resolving from Argyll Enterprise only. The most important thing, Staff listens to customer need, concerns and provides more options that you will ever think. Manager Monish provided alternative right away. The whole process very smooth from picking up the vehicle and returning it back. Would come back anytime to rent a vehicle from this location. Exceptional Service!!! Thank you Monish, Nicole & Rav.

Absolutely horrible customer service from initial contact. Driver was lousy and kept complaint about other drivers and being hungry. When I approached the office, the man explained that I was qualified for a luxury vehicle. He gave me an SUV which was horrible to drive and did not even have a remote start. The stated he would call me back once he had a luxury vehicle; however, I ended up going to another location (170st) with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Although I did not end up with a vehicle similar to mine at all, the Camry was better than the Boat SUV and the horrible customer service. I called enterprise as I believe I lost something with no return car and although I have my car back, I am still awaiting for the deposit they demanded. Don’t go here to waste time

fast service but return of Security Deposit them stating 3 business days...I waited and not returned Called and they pulled wrong file with apparent deductions was informed that the Security deposit have been returned and was advised to call bank. The bank stated it was not returned at all or any forms of processing to be returned. Called Enterprise 2nd time and changed from 3 days to 4 days did not even bother getting my information and pulling the wrong file again changing his demeanor. Advise: When going to this specific location inspect the car before and after return take a picture including clarifying from Enterprise all details as each one have different time frame.

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had, I came here through my insurance company due to an accident, they gave me no information about the vehicle I was driving and therefore had me driving around 7000 Kms past due of an oil change which shows lack of care for my safety, I called ahead to make sure they would have another car ready for me to switch into, which they said they did, but upon arrival I still had to wait 20 minutes. They put incredibly large holds on my credit card that they shouldn’t have (it should’ve been brought to my insurance) and I returned the final car a week ago and they still haven’t taken off their final ‘hold’ on my card.

If you need a vehicle rent? This is the right place and could be ONLY go to place. 3 weeks ago, I was contacting every Enterprises over phone in Edmonton for renting a car or a truck and most of staffs are rude and not so nice Which made me frustrated already. After all, I found this place and I went here for rent a truck and young man served well, I was hoping to see him again when I'm returning the truck. But, Today I brought back to different staffs and they are all super generous and kind to me. what an amazing people. I was very impressed. Thank you soooooo much you guys are made my day!!

first timer customer here... basically i have no idea if i have to call the office if i have to modify my reservation. So i phoned their office, unfortunately i find the person who answered my call so “rude”... he could have said it nicely and let me finish my word at least before hanging the phone up. I just phoned your office to make sure that i am doing right, because the emailed rental contract you guys sent me states the anticipated return on a specific date...i only had your car for like a day and a half but your customer service assistance isn't very good.

Stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional and the manager is the worst. They tell you one thing and when you return with the car its all very different. He also said if you put the deposit on your credit card it will come off in a few days after you bring back the car well it didn’t and they had to mail me a check and they said it’s because I paid debit and that’s not right because I don’t have a debit card only a credit card they also charged me more then what the price is Such a waste of time 0 stars if I could find a different place.

I would like to write a review regarding a brand new Dodge 1500 Hemi I had to rent today due to an accident yesterday. Intact Insurance took care of everything and along with Enterprise they made this experience a lot less stressful. They picked me up from my house, drove me to their location and within 5 minutes I was out the door with no issues at all. The staff there were super friendly and I received some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks Enterprise, I will not forget this! You have a life long customer. 10 out of 10

Very disappointed. I had to rent a car while mine was being fixed, when I took it over the range was 430km, I was told by Nemo to fill it up to the same range. When I dropped it off the car range was showing 370km and they charged me $55 to fill the tank (when full tank didn't even cost $40), I called back and Nemo told me he would look into it and fix it, more than 2 weeks later nothing happened, no one called back, didn't receive any refund and when I tried calling no one answered. Very disappointed, definitely won't be back.

ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS!!!! worst customer service from RAHUL,i filled up my gas tank before returning and asked they guy over there as well check the car before i leave, and he said we are not allowing to check. so i left the key with him. And then he called me and said you are missing 3 litres of gas we gonna charge you, and as i was talking to him now he said you are missing 5 litres and then 6 litres and at last he said i am gonna charge you for 7 litres and when i asked him for his employee number to complain he hung up.

As the first time renting a car I could not have been more happy with the service. It is a pretty busy location so there was a little bit of a wait but the whole process was very easy and hassle free. I was helped out by Adnan who did an amazing job. He took the time to clearly explain to me what would count as damage to the car and to show me all the features of the rental car. I got a Ford Fusion hybrid. The car itself is very clean and drove well for my daily commute to and from work, and I quite enjoyed it!

I am VERY disappointed with the service from this company. I had a reservation booked since October and a confirmation call the day before them to confirm the booking (December 27). I waited 40 minutes for a pick up from them on the day of the reservation and then when I arrived at their rental office to fill out the paper work, there were no cars available for rental. The earliest a vehicle would be available would be 2 days from then. REALLY Maybe they need to look up the word RESERVATION!!!!

My insurance company contacted these guys to book me a SUV as mine was getting repaired due to an accident. These guys had 2 weeks notice to put aside a SUV for me, and the day of pick up they didn't have one available, instead only had 2 vehicles to choose from. (1) Mini van (2) a Pickup truck. I was so disappointed and probably never use these guys again. The funny part was.. they picked me up at the Hurbers body shop 100 feet away from where they are.. That was not needed and I told them that.

Horrible customer service. I made a reservation for a truck with a bed cover or a Suburban SUV and i asked if they could let me know if the vehicle type would not be ready before I dropped my truck at body shop. When I arrived at rental store, they told me my requested vehicle was not ready. I had to take one van and switch to another, smaller SUV that was too small to use as a work truck. Empty apologies and excuses for my inconvenience (their screw up). Will never go back to this location.

Tried getting a rental which was fairly last minute. Checked the site, which assured us that it checked and found vehicles were in stock / available at that location indeed. Arrived to find that apparently, that was not the case after all. Was told a voicemail was left for me to notify, but I didn't receive anything. More effort could have been made on their part to help accommodate, but they didn't even try. Recommend calling ahead to be safe.

Been a regular customer of enterprise rent a car from past 7 years. Never had any bad experience. Price is very reasonable according to your need. Very convenient with pick up & drop off. From past 2-3 times we had very great experience Dealing with hashmeet. He considersyour your need as a top priority. And he does his best to arrange that vehicle from wherever he can. highly recommend this location to everyone. Keep it up guys. Thanks a lot .

Rented online from another location and after confirmation they had no vehicle for me. I was directed to this location having an suv for me though they refused to provide a ride back to my apartment because it is now too far away? I reserved at the closest location to me and now their issues have become my expense. Keep your SUV I will cancel my weekend and may make arrangements elsewhere in the future. Now I get to pay to go home anyway grrr!

These folks get a very good! I didn't have a very pleasant pick-up experience (and the car had a funky odour from the previous renter), but they definitely wanted to make things right, and I got a personal call from the manager with good solutions and an apology. They definitely cared, and I appreciate that. Things happen and customer service isn't always awesome everywhere, but they get props for how they handled it and for actually caring.

Terrible service. Enterprise cancelled my reservation without reason. Later I arranged another reservation with Enterprise. It was rescheduled. Finally I arrived to the location just to finf out that they do not accept debit cards without additional documentation. Of course, nobody told us about it. Staff pretended that it's ok. Looks like they don't care about their customers at all. As a result, the whole day ruined thanks to Enterprise.

Called them on April 19th to get a pickup time for a vehicle booked by my insurance and they told me that they would move my reservation to their location and add me on their waitlist and i’ll be able to pick a vehicle on April 20th at about 2pm so finally called them again on April 20th to follow up and found out i was never on any waitlist and they won’t be able to give me rental until maybe the next 2 days. Very unprofessional people.

I have never rental a car before.. My vehicle was stolen and the insurance set me up with Enterprise. Enterprise came to my work ... Drove me over there.. I was shock they went out of there way to do that. Nothing but great feeling inside. Showing me that I am number one customer.. Great attitudes and smiling.. I would like to say this people ROCK !!! Edmonton East 7615 Argylle Rd Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Nicole who is always assisting me whenever I need a vehicle (as my vehicle’s been with the auto body shop for almost 2 months now). I wound up with a rental from here after my car was hit, and insurance provided me with a rental. My requirements were that it's a hatchback, and it has winter tires, because that is what I'm driving, and I often use it's carrying capacity. They claimed to be able to meet my needs and then provided me a car with all seasons. The manager insisted that "mud and snow" tires are snow tires and therefore winter tires.

They picked me up from the autobody shop and dropped me off. I got a new model car that was similar to my own vehicle which was great. Store is hard to get to because it's on the left side and you can't do a U turn due to hugh traffic area. They placed a temporary hold on my CC that showed up 1 week later when I had already returned the car which was annoying but it was reversed within 3 buisness days.

Another crooked rental car agency. Charged me for 3 days instead of 2. I told them that the invoice was wrong, I only needed 2 days they said "Oh they'll adjust that when you return it" Should have known. Don't know who's worse, these guys or Thrifty. They were also screwin a guy when I was renting the car. Very upset man at the counter should have scared me off but I was desperate. You are now warned

Choose this location as it was close to work. Had originally booked a small compact was pleased to get the upgrade to a midsize sedan upon availability. Had a 2021 Mazda 6. Everybody I had dealings with were super friendly and helpful taking the stress out of needing a rental after an accident with my personal vehicle. Would recommend this place. Maybe when vacation time rolls around….

Returned a vehicle to the 75st location. The representative that took me back in the rental I was driving for the last 3 days didn't sanitize it for himself or the next customer he was going to pick up after he dropped me off. The representative that drove me to my vehicle drove in a manner that was unprofessional and created an atmosphere that made me very uncomfortable and nervous.

Was given a vehicle by enterprise through my insurance company, dealing with Mr. Manraj made the entire process so much easier than I expected. He picked me up from the auto body shop to both pickup and return my rental vehicle, along with great conversation! Definitely would recommend this location as the service is next to none! I rented a Dodge Caravan from here for Labor day long weekend. Nathan was the representative who handled all my business. From early pick-up to after hours drop-off, all went super smooth. Nathan also showed me various options i had for rental while i was picking up my rental vehicle. I would go to back this location for future needs for sure.

Great people. Great cars. My wife was in an accident and we were directed here to get our temporary rental car. First, we were given a dinky little car that just didn't cut it. (We had a Ford Flex) so we brought back the car and swapped it our for an F150. So much better. They were great to deal with and super friendly. Thanks again.

Reserved a rental car at this site. Went to pick it up in the am (after a flight from BC), only to know there is NO car available. Reason was it is was booked via a third party site. Rentals have to contact third party sites and let them know that there is no car available!!! So consumers cant reserve them …

I had a wonderful experience with Tanner and his team through the TD South auto claims centre! The vehicle I got was extremely clean (shoutout to the car prep!) and his assistant managers were also in the branch and very helpful. I have got to deal with Tanner before in other branches and have always received the best service.

It seems to me that this particular location is trying to make additional profit on refueling charges. They mark in the contract that fuel was full while in reality it was 6/8 , you return car with the 6/8 level and they charge you for the remaining 2/8 at ridicules rice 2.50 per litre. Shame on you Enterprise people!!!

I rented a car to drive from Edmonton to Calgary (drop-off there). Adnan was the service rep and was very competent, friendly and courteous. It was a very cold day in February but he continued to be very courteous and made sure that I understood all the controls in the new vehicle.
