The manager of this particular rental location was an absolute a-hole to me. (Justin Conrad) After waiting 40 minutes for a ride to their location to pick up the rental vehicle I merely asked why it took so long to come get me and immediately I was accused of taking a tone with him, and told that if I didn’t like it I could leave. I asked to speak to a manager and he said “I’m the manager, you can leave” I was appalled so I told him his driver picked me up and they couldn’t leave me stranded no matter how much of a power trip he was on. I was then advised to apologize and he said we could “start over” and continued with releasing the vehicle to me. I made a complaint to corporate but they didn’t take my issue seriously. I sincerely hope he is demoted or fired for his horrifying behaviour. I’ve never been treated this way by someone who could put me in a vulnerable position and try to kick me out to the street. It’s given me a feeling like he likes to do this to anyone dissatisfied with the service they provide. I will never EVER go to this location again.

BEWARE - We are one of enterprises biggest clients. We have a massive auto group. Today Tanner the manager lost out on our business. He felt that causing extreme hardship over a $100.00 (credit card issues) was worth this review and losing a major client. Not only was he unprofessional, but he felt it was appropriate to let us know we are nothing but money. In fact he stated that he can rent this vehicle out to ANYONE in a second, so our business is nothing. He decided as a manager that instead of finding a quick resolution, so that we could get to an important meeting, Instead he degraded us and made any resolution impossible. To see this behaviour from a manager brings great concern. I hope anyone planning on going to this location reconsiders things. I have never witnessed this in a highly customer oriented business full of business professionals. Clients rely on transportation to make there every move successful. Today we realized we can not count on Enterprise rental in any area.

The service here was fantastic.... It is stressful enough getting in a car accident much less thinking "what am I going to drive while my car gets fixed" Well my insurance company recommended I get my car from Enterprise and I sure am glad!!! The service was great they picked me up where I dropped my car off for repairs and the man driving made me feel at ease right away... They gave me a great rental that was very comparable to driving my own car and let me drive away.... the car they gave me had every option possible and it was cool to drive for a few weeks.... When returning the car they were fairly busy and they didn't make anyone in there feel less important then the next guy... The service inside while returning the car was great and they gave me a ride back to where I dropped my car off!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Completely unsatisfied with this company. I rented a moving truck on them, returned it the same day and weeks after they send an invoice of a side mirror being broken and scratches that cost $580. Yep u got it right. $580 for a SIDE MIRROR! But the thing is they didn't even call us to see the broken side mirror. They just told me its fixed and I have to pay for it and whenever you call them to ask they gonna pass you to another and another person. They couldn't even answer questions. Staffs are completely not helpful at all. Never gonna recommend this. They're cheap but theyre not. I hate to say this but my experience with them looks like a scam. Hope you enjoy my $580 and spend it on good use.

This Enterprise location is close to where I live so when someone backed into my car door while it was parked at work and the insurance company told me that Enterprise was an option for my rental while my car was being repaired, I was happy to be able to support the branch in my area. The staff were friendly, accommodating, helpful, and quick to help during my rental. I had a bit of bad luck with getting flat tires - two separate incidents of screws in between the treads of each of the rear tires, but the team helped me get repairs handled and got me back on the road so I could go about my business. Multiple staff members went out of their way to make sure I was cared for. Highly recommended!

Manager "John" was extremely rude, this is where my insurance sent me for a rental, we got it booked and then on the day of pick up I get a call waking me up at 8am(after a nast car accident and being up for almoat 36 hours)stating that my rental will not be ready for 3 more days. Leaving me without a car and in lurch. He wouldn't even call other locations to get me into a car, forcing me to make this complaint, and calling my insurance again. Why we gotta make a stressful situation worse for people by lying about having car availability. Do better Enterprise. and John, you especially need to do better. Your job is customer service not to be a prick.

I've rented from numerous Enterprise branches in Edmonton, yet the staff at this particular location truly stands out. While everyone here is remarkably courteous, I must highlight Mario Poretti, who truly embodies professionalism, kindness, and patience. It's awe-inspiring to witness him effortlessly juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a serene and reassuring manner. If I were in a managerial position, retaining someone like him would be my top priority. Despite having closer options, I willingly travel an extra 20 minutes due to the exceptional level of professionalism and warmth displayed by Mario and his team.

Completely dissatisfied with my experience here. If you use this place make sure you thoroughly check the vehicle yourself before hand. Take pictures. They quickly rush you over the vehicle before you take it and will ding you when you return it. The manager Justin Conrad was completely standoffish and unprofessional. The vehicle already had damage to the bumper and they are now saying I did damage to the grill above that previous damage and I am on the line for it. See for yourself if you can point out the damage to the grill I am expected to pay hundreds of dollars for out of pocket due to their negligence.

I rent cars fairly regularly when travelling or when my car is in the shop for some reason, so I feel I have a pretty good sense of customer service at rental places. After a few years of renting, Enterprise has become my go-to in Canada in the first place, but this particular location just provides such exemplary service that I make a point of using them whenever I am renting locally. Great service, great attitude toward their clients, and seemingly great staff relationships as well. Hope they are all the big happy family that they seem like. I enjoy coming here and recommend this location very highly.

If I could give this place a negative star review that would be the serious situation here. Michael is the only friendly person who works there, everybody else is on power trips with sticks up their butts!!! Worse service ever returning a vehicle and literally made me STUCK at their rental place and would not take me back to pick up my vehicle!! Also management is terrible and thinks he can just boot anybody and everybody out of the office or “call the cops” on them!! WORSE RENTAL CAR SERVICE EVER!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Jasmin and her team at Enterprise located at 10903-156th st. Did a amazing job with their customer service. Even thou I was stuck with a van but that's my fault because I didn't book ahead. They gave me a great rate they also picked me and drop me off. I had a lot fun with staff, all and all I would recommend this location if you are renting a car. They where honest and you can tell they take pride in their work...even though it was just a van, it was squeaky clean a mechanically sound!!! So good job, keep up the great work!!!

Upon arriving in Edmonton we went to Budget which we had reserved online who made us wait and stand there with our bags stating they would not accept a license because it was in French even though it’s from Canada. We went straight over to enterprise where the manager Kurtis was able to help us out fast and efficiently. Best customer service we had, ride was smooth, no problems! Would recommend going to this enterprise over anyone and other car rentals!

Great experience at the rental place, I was given ride to and from the repairs shop like any other enterprise. The manager and other stuff were very friendly and courteous. The lady took her time explain me everything about JEEP I rented. There can be long wait time, so call before you come so that they can have your car ready. The other thing is to remember not to take the option to return the car with empty tank. I end up not using the car that much.

Frustrated that I pre checked in and everything yet still had to wait about half an hour for my car to be ready. I was literally the only customer there. And then I get to my destination, about 3 hours away, and realize that my rental car doesn't have an ice scraper/snow brush. It's November in Alberta, that should be standard! That being said, the staff member I spoke with when I picked up my rental was nice and the car was clean so it's a mixed bag.

My auto insurance company had set me up for a rental car with Enterprise. Customer service was terrible, their tone was rude and the lady who called me this morning regarding my pick up was rude from the beginning. She called me without any introduction to who she was and when I asked if they had any Japanese cars available, she said "we don't have anything like that" and then hung up before I even finished talking.

This location was very busy and sorely short staffed when I arrived. The phone rings constantly and these poor people need to help the line up. They were all so good in getting me in and out on time. I love these guys. They always have a vehicle ready for me when I need one. The vehicles are clean and the staff are wonderful to deal with. Honestly, it’s a small agency in a tiny neighborhood on the west end of Edmonton but if I had the choice I would drive across town just to deal with these guys. Besides, they will pick me up. Literally no other rental company compares to the level of service, cleanliness and overall care exhibited by this branch specifically. Justin, the manager came across as accusatory and was unbelievably unhelpful. He literally rolled his eyes and scoffed at me several times when I was trying to understand what was happening. Honestly, I felt he didn’t try to understand where I was coming from or to be helpful. If you choose to go with enterprise, Go to the downtown enterprise they are far more diligent and courteous.

We have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 156 st three times now. The process has always been seamless. They clearly state the daily rates to make your call easier. There were no unpleasant surprises when you return their car,...and they are just a few blocks from the auto repair shop our car was in. Talk about handy. Called to get rates on certain vehicles. And i just needed rates on how much it would cost. they cant give rates on vehicles because if its already rented out they cant give rates so i told them ill just have to go to another company that can give me rates poor service if your just want rates and they cant give a rate on certain vehicles

Be careful with these guys. It's a dodgy outfit for an Enterprise. I made a reservation and received a phone call a few hours before my pick-up time saying that the online reservation system wasn't in sync with what they have at their office. When you can't trust them to honor their confirmations, then you can't make any plans.

I just rented a truck from the 178 st and Stony Plain location. Clearly the staff are well trained on customer service as every one of the staff are very friendly and courteous. They offered me a shuttle which I declined and they almost wouldn't accept no. Also very flexible when working with you. Highly recommend.

Rented a vehicle only once while mine was down for repairs. Great experience, got a nice upgrade since they ran out of cars in my rental class. Very friendly and efficient, used their pick up and drop off service too. Hopefully never need to rent again but will definitely return should the need arise. I recommend!

I rented a car at this location in 2020 and could not be more please with the service that I received . The Guys were extremely personable . I actually got hit by another driver and I was grateful that I was advised to pay a bit extra for the insurance . Great service and I look forward in using them again .
