I was on vacation in Canada and rented a car for 2 weeks to travel through Alberta and was very disappointed by the service and process of things at Enterprise. It wasn't the first time I rented a car in Canada, it was however the only instance where I have run into multiple issues. Firstly, when picking up the car the entrance to the office was littered with needles and service was slow. Also, when emailing questions the initial response was in very poor, unreadable English. Issues that can easily be resolved but I do want to mention. The car itself was fine, but all of this was not the greater issue itself. I returned the car after hours so dropped the key in the lock-box and thought that would be it, however I was proven wrong. The next day I received an email about a crack in the rear tail light which I had never noticed in the two weeks with the car. I couldn't clearly see anything on pictures I took prior to returning the car however, the car was covered in snow in my pictures so it was difficult to identify if the damage was there or not so I accepted that perhaps I was responsible for it. This is however where all the problems started. Within a day of returning the car Enterprise charged my credit card $800 to cover the damages AND reserved an extra $700 dollar without any notice or explanation. This maxed out my card causing me all sorts of issues on the rest of my vacation. When confronting Enterprise with this they never explained why they reserved the $700 dollars and I felt like I was being scammed. They did explain they charged me $800 dollars for reparation fee and would return the difference once they know the exact cost of repairs. It's now a month later which should be more than enough time to have a light swapped out but I still have not received any update and they haven't returned any of my emails concerning questions. I now feel like I am being charged $800 dollars for a $200 dollar tail light. I could possibly have my insurance cover the damage, but I would need an invoice of the reparation job to give to them. I'm assuming that Enterprise cannot provide this either because again they wont return my emails or give any updates. All of this is extremely frustrating to me! In short, the car is fine but if you return it and there is some issue with the car, be prepared to be overcharged, held in the dark by the company and send emails that don't get responded to. Terrible service and therefore 1 star.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Enterprise at the Downtown location in Edmonton, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, every aspect of my rental was seamless and enjoyable. The first point of commendation goes to Jaouad, who assisted me during the reservation process, and giving me a ride both during the pickup and after the drop-off to where Ineeded to go. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured that I received the best rental options tailored to my needs. He patiently answered all my questions, making the reservation process smooth and efficient. Upon arriving at the rental location, Sultan made sure the pick-up process was swift and hassle-free. His friendly demeanor and efficiency were truly appreciated, especially after doing some paperwork at the repair shop where my car was getting fixed. Sultan went above and beyond to explain the features of the vehicle and ensured that I felt comfortable before hitting the road. During my rental period, I encountered a minor issue with the insurance company which didn't authorize the rental vehicle in time. I reached out to Sultan and Jaouad, and I must say, their prompt response and problem-solving skills were remarkable. They did not only addressed the issue swiftly but also followed up to ensure that everything was in order, showcasing a commitment to customer satisfaction and they also let me know after the insurance company approved the rental car. Overall, the team at Enterprise Edmonton Downtown location demonstrated exceptional customer service, making my rental experience memorable. EDIT: Also just so people know it's a common marketing practice to reply to negative reviews to give the facade to future customers that they are rectifying the situation. In this case, I did email the response email saying I didn't want anything, but to just leave feedback for their improvement. They have chosen to not respond, take that how you will. Just finished dealing with them during an insurance claim. First, took 2 days without a vehicle waiting for them to provide anything. Needed it switched out for an SUV, insurance agent gave them 1 full week notice to pickup on a Tuesday. I called in 4 days before, they asked for another day. I said sure... then I get a call that Wednesday morning saying they can't find anything and will call me back that day to have me a car by the Thursday morning no problem. Had to call them before they closed, the guy that answered was a jerk about it and saying I'd be lucky to get something by Friday. So I returned it Thursday, went to Hertz downtown and they brought in an SUV no problem. Don't know what the issue is, but these guys definitely aren't here when you need them, and have heard complaints even with corporate accounts. Being accommodating gets you nowhere, probably have to be an absolute annoying pain of a customer to get anything done with them, which isn't worth my time, but may be for others. I will just be avoiding them in all future cases.

I had scheduled a pick up to take me to the location on a Friday morning here in June, however, no one showed up, and I was going to be late leaving Edmonton for Grande Prairie. I called the location and they sent someone to pick me up, but at first the woman was not honest with me, as they quite simply forgot about me. When I got to the branch and did the check in as well as pre-auth, I then asked a woman working the counter if she was the manager, to which she replied no. I explained that I was already having a bad experience as I was told I would be picked up, and then when I wasn't the dishonesty bugged me more than not being picked up. Justin, the Branch Manager, happened to over-hear my displeasure, and made things right for me. I was given a complimentary upgrade, apologies, and they listened. I was impressed! However, when I returned the car on the Tuesday, Justin was the only one at the counter, and he was honest with me that he was short-staffed that day and know one can drive me home. I appreciated his honesty, AND Justin was willing to call me a taxi or UBER and they would pay for my ride. I was completely in understanding of the situation and did not take him up on his offer. Thank you Justin for caring about your customers! Thank you for acknowledging me as a member too. A bad first impression left a memorable experience. I will be back!

It was during December during the start of the -35 weather we were having. I didn’t not choose this company. They did the whole “show and dance” prior to me driving away. They showed me the tires and listed everything they can do involving mud and snow. HOWEVER THEY DID NOT TELL ME THEY WERE NO WINTER TIRES. Afterwards the manager admitted to me that this was a thing they used to mention in their speeches but took away. (I have audio and video proof that he himself admitted that I was given a car that would not be appropriate for the weather conditions in Edmonton, Alberta) I used my brakes at a yellow light however I slid through an intersection as it turned amber. I was in a very unsafe intersection in Edmonton (gateway x whitemud) so I continued through. I tried to make a case for myself to enterprise and was ignored and charged not only the cost of the ticket but an administration fee. That was was extensively more than the labour it took to administer the fee. I don’t believe this company has great communication. Everyone was rude and tried to blame me. IF I WAS AWARE I DONT HAVE WINTER TIRES IN THE WINTER I CAN MAKE ADJUSTMENTS! I didn’t review before but I always review companies with amazing service and this was such a bad experience I want people to know new next winter. Apparently you have to ask for the right tires per season.

Dissapointing exprience. Advice for those who are considering renting from Car Enterprise: if they tell you they have availability - don't believe them. Our friend with a car couldn't join the trip to Banff. So, on Friday morning (June 10), we were deciding whether to cancel or not all the booked accommodations. Called Car Enterprise: if they have a car available starting the next day - we go on the trip, if not - cancel all the bookings to refund the money. Without any hesitation, they told us that there were available cars at this location (downtown), and we reserved a vehicle from Sartuday (June 11) to Monday (June 13). We even received a confirmation email and filled out the form for "ReadyPass" at 4 pm on Friday. However, at 5:50 pm, Car Enterprise called me again to let me know that they don't have cars available. Awesome, right? Well, I understand that things may happen. Somebody might have returned a damaged car or something. But why didn't you tell me about all that when I was booking? Why did you confirm my reservation? How about you put me on a waiting list? No, we're gonna call you at the last minute, so you will need to spend the end of the day looking for the alternatives and figuring out how to change plans. Thanks.

I rented a car for 4 months in 2020 and had a good service then. Fast forward now in 2022 I receive a call for Credifax regarding an unpaid ticket from when I rented from Enterprise. Enterprise never contacted me in regards to that ticket. They directly sold it to a collection agency which affected my credit score. I obviously paid it but still showing on my credit. When I called enterprise for explanation on why they never tried to contact me they said someone would call me and they never did. To make things worst, only google credifax ontario you will see I am not the only one having the same issue. Now that my debt is paid i just need a receipt proving that payment was made, but the collection agency company is returning my call , so I had to call trans union and open a ticket to prove yes i paid it so it can accurately be reflected on my credit report. Lots of headaches , i am beyond disappointed that after I gave business to Enterprise that 2 years later I am left with a collection. Thanks enterprise for screwing a relationship with a good customer over a ticket that would have been paid in a heartbeat if you only contacted me directly instead of sending it to collection. Do not rent from them.

My insurance company set me up with Enterprise while my car was in the shop after being rear ended. It was a terrible experience and I will never use them again. I picked my car up in the middle of a snow storm and when I said I assumed I didn't need to ask for a vehicle with winter tires, I got attitude from the girl working. She said none of their vehicles had winter tires, only all seasons. Any moron knows that all seasons are NOT made for an actual winter. And hello, we live in Alberta. Not helpful. It was snowing, freezing cold and already dark when I picked the car up and the man did a quick run around the car to check for damages then gave me the keys. Upon returning the car, I was informed I had to pay $200 for a rock chip in the windshield!!! I was shocked. First of all, I didn't get hit by anything while I drove it, so it wasn't even my fault. Second of all, a rock chip can be glued for $30. When I asked him about the $200, he said because the chip was directly in the line of sight of the driver the entire windshield had to be replaced, which I had to pay for. I argued with him, but he clearly didn't care. I will NEVER use Enterprise rentals for anything. Complete scam artists.

DON’T RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION, I had a terrible experience with this branch, i rented a car online to travel to Calgary as i was flying out of Calgary airport, they called me the day before and asked me to downgrade my car which i agreed upon, i arrived the next day to pick up my rental car, i came to the counter to do the routine registration, i gave them my information, the guy who works there told me that unfortunately i dont have a car for you!!!, CAN YOU IMAGINE HAVING A FLIGHT IN FEW HOURS AND YOU JUST LOST YOUR METHOD OF TRANSPORTATION JUST LIKE THAT, i asked to speak with the manager who Kept repeating the same thing, They didn’t even try to do anything to help, all they were interested in is to try to end my conversation with me as soon as possible, I told them that i will be filling an official complain against them ( which i did), the manager refused to give his name to add it to the complain, i ended up spending over 150$ in taxi’s just going around the city looking for a rental car which i did THANKS TO AVIS. IN SUMMERY, THIS BRANCH WAS UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY, the staff were horribly Rude. You will never secure a car with them. THEY DON’T even deserve a star

Second less than optimal experience with enterprise this summer. Twice now I have reserved a Chrysler 300 S, been told it was available and then told one is not upon my arrival. It says "or similar". I paid to rent a rear wheel drive luxury sport sedan. The first time I was given a Chevy Malibu which is an entry level, fwd sedan. Unacceptable. To enterprise's credit, they did rectify that after wards. This time I got stuck in a Chevy Impala. That is a front wheel drive mid grade sedan. Better but still not similar to what I wanted. I booked it through the call center and was assured that I would have the car. After being told there wasn't one, I had to wait for the car to be cleaned that they were going to rent me. So "Our apologies sir, the car you wanted isn't here and we know you have places to be but we didn't even clean the car that we were going to offer you. Hurry up and wait" is essentially the experience I had. I'm thinking I might try budget or avis next summer for my road trips. Even the one I have planned on labour Day weekend this year. Edit** Enterprise has fantastic customer service once you complain. The unfortunate part is the aforementioned required complaint.

I booked a reservation for Sunday May 22 @ 10am till Tuesday May 24. I got a call on Saturday May 21 (16 hours before!!) saying that they have to move me to a waiting list due to a lack of cars. I couldn’t risk waiting and not having a car as we had a trip booked to Banff the next day with non refundable tickets. This really annoyed & stressed our group out as I had to book another reservation at Edmonton airport, and take an Uber that charged me $61 because of an overbooking that the downtown Edmonton location had. When I visited the branch in person, I was told that the reservation department and the branch doesn’t necessarily work together (not sure how true this is). I’d highly recommend that reservations aren’t able to be made if you can’t guarantee customers a vehicle. I was told that the next time I come to EDM, if I rent from this branch they’ll give me one day free. While I appreciate the gesture, I’d much rather have my $61 refunded. To anyone planning to visit EDM in the future, you’re better off renting a vehicle at the airport. Stay away from this location at all costs.

Be careful about this branch. While they get credit card Information, they use it illegally for deductions you are not responsible for them. UPDATE1: I sent the issue to the "Care" person, waiting for him. UPDATE2: No one contacted me from the message they put here. I visited their location and they confirmed that they get money from my insurance company and at the same time deducted from my credit card! Basically they provided one service and got double money. They told me you can ask your insurance company to reimburse you! It means my insurance company will be double charged too! What a clean business! Update3: they contacted me. They refused to recognize the email from my insurance company. They said in the rental contact we can deduct whatever expenses we believe it should be deducted. UPDATE 4: It seems this branch didn't write the invoice with the correct format and my insurance company asked them to correct the invoice. Now, I am waiting for several days they can fix their invoice. That "CARE" who commented here, were contacted but she prefers to not replying to me.

I was a loyal customer for 15 years. I rented at least twice a month. I purchased a vehicle in November 2015 and my last vehicle rental was August 2016. Due to family issues and joint replacements I did not rent a car locally and had canceled a planned vacation and vehicle rental in 2018. In 2019 August my points had dropped off because I had not rented in 3 years. This was regardless of the fact that I had a vehicle booked for rental in October. I think this behaviour after 15 years of loyal rentals is disgusting. Their response, it says in the loyalty agreement that it expires if you have not used it for 3 years. Who actually turns back and reads their loyalty agreement after that many years? Why even bother maintaining my membership if you are cancelling my miles? After that many years many loyalty programs either remind you that you are in danger of lapsing your points or grandfather you in. I am so disappointed in a company I used to speak fondly of, - shame on you Enterprise. Needless to say I have dropped my association with this company.

he staff was lovely. Polite, quick, had me in my rental in no time. Fantastic. ....then the problem started. The van reeked of smoke. It was disgusting. I took the van back, spoke with a representative (who was polite and professional), the problem I needed a van and they didn't have another. They agreed to drop $50.00 off the rental cost and I took the van home and used a disinfectant plant based spray to eliminate the smell. All is good. When my husband returned the van is when the issue began. They claim they couldn't give us the $50.00 discount because we booked through Expedia. Instead they gave us a questionable credit on the back of a business card for our next booking. I highly doubt Expedia is going to honor this. ******** Update ******** I finally received my $50.00 discount. I received it via a cheque in February/2022. It took a few conversations but they finally delivered. Very disappointed. I'm not going back to that location.

On August 3rd 12:50 p.m. I call to inquire about renting a vehicle. The lady was very nice to me until I told her that I only had $20 left on my credit card but I had thousands of dollars in the bank and had a Visa debit. Then rudely she said no card no rental. I was going to explain to her my situation that it takes 3 days be a bank to pay my credit card and that it was okay and hopefully we can do business down the road but she did not let me say that and she said I'm really busy with a customer right now I'm going to have to let you go. As soon as she found out I couldn't rent a car today she was rude and wanted to get rid of me immediately. What she did not process was the fact that I have lots of money and could afford it in anytime but my credit card was low and I just had to pay it off and everything would be okay but she never gave me the chance to explain that to her. Now I will never go back to Enterprise.

I had the worst experience at this branch which almost ruined my planning. I reserved 2 cars, then after a while they called saying they cannot provide 2 cars. I cancelled one and kept one. When I went to their office on time to pick the vehicle up, they said they are out of car while I had the conformation! I was seeing they are going vehicles to people who came after me and when I asked they said they reserved 5 month ago! They said all branches are also out of vehicle and they can’t help me! I managed to get one from airport branch myself and then asked to get a credit for the uber I had to take to airport! (The least they could do) They said yes but they never replied to me after that! Based on what they told me “confirmation of doesn’t mean anything” Expect not to get any vehicle even if you reserve at this branch and have backup plan for your own sake!

I was set up with Enterprise for a rental while my vehicle was in the shop and I was blown away by their customer service from the start. Dropped my vehicle off at the dealership first thing on a Monday morning and was picked up by an agent less than 10 minutes later. Once at the agency, which was quite busy, I was promptly welcomed and asked to wait while they processed the patrons before me. My turn came, they collected the required information quickly and had me off within minutes. I received a courtesy the next day to ensure any and all concerns were addressed. Upon returning the vehicle, I received the same friendly and warm service as experienced on my original trip. Through and through, I was very impressed with the level of service and organization the store had; the incredible speed at which they had me in and out was just icing on the cake.

I have been a loyal customer for a year and half. I've had no problems but this location now has lost my business I rented a car from this location on Thursday (August 13,2020) for a couple days then I asked the lady at the counter where I should park my vehicle than she told me about their parking lot where my car would be "safe" and so I parked my car there. When I came back to return their car and pick up mine I then saw that somebody had attempted to break into my car...as a result from that my driver side lock is not working at all and my windows don't roll down anymore. I went inside the store and told them about my situation...after waiting for 15 minutes the guy at the counter smiled at me and said this is not thier problem...I asked them before parking my car there and they said it’s safe place to park but later it’s not their problem

I wish i could give NO STAR at all! Worst customer service ever! Ever! Two guys working there, representative was mean and not helpful! How would enterprise hire these people! We reserved the car online and went to pick it up the day after! Coming all the way from BC and had our trip planned and he said first he has no multi destination car available which means to pick up in downtown and drop at airport (which i choose online) we said ok we will drop it at the same location just we really need the car and have to drive to banff ontime , then he said no car available at all! What?we booked online and planer based on that for 1 week trip! He said nothing available and left to the back! Left us alone! No responsibility! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE!!!!!!!!

We were promised a non-smoking compact car, however when inspecting our first promised vehicle we found that not only had someone been smoking in the vehicle, with ashes in the sunglasses holder, but the vehicle reeked of marijuana. They were however extremely apologetic and we accomodating to upgrade us for free to a brand new vehicle, which we thoroughly enjoyed on our weeklong trip over 2000km through the Rockies, showing that their vehicles are reliable. All in all, very understanding and accomodating, however its clear that they often do not check the vehicles thoroughly between customers as a 5 second search within the vehicle was all it took to find the ashes. **We named her Loess**

I rented the Dodge Durango for the New Years long weekend. Overall, I was very pleased with the vehicle but the purpose of this review is to shoutout Zaccaria Sharif, Branch Rental Manager for his professionalism, great customer service and making the most of my experience with Downtown Enterprise. I was waiting for the survey to show up in my email so I could share my praise and wonderful experience with Zaccaria but strangely the survey email did not show up! Hopefully this review will be seen by potential customers, management and other Enterprise staff/ affiliates. Keep up the great work Zaccaria! Thanks for leaving a positive lasting impression.

Had single accident with rental car. Provide all information they need at first time. A month later revived the phone call informed me that they didn’t received payment because I didn’t provided the claim number. I have to call my insurance double check the claim number and how to reopen the claim. After double check with my insurance company I called enterprise right away the guy whose name is Ryan not able pick up the phone. So I left message told him how to continue the process. Two weeks later received phone call again said they didn’t received the payment because THE CLAIM IS CLOSED!!!! Your staffs are so unprofessional. DONT RENT WITH THEM

So frustrated by the joke of service from this place. I got the rental because Ford needed my car for a few day. So I went paid my deposit. (Paid Cash) and never got a receipt for it which i thought was odd. Buddy told me I needed insurance so I got it for just the 1 day. He assured me it was just for the 1 day of use and not the other extra days I might need the car. So I paid the 1 day of insurance. He told me it would be taken off my deposit. I received my deposit back to find that he charged me insurance for 3 days. Just complete garbage person. And good luck trying to have someone answer the phone when you call. Go somewhere else.

This location has an afterhours drop box but they lock their gated parking lot so you need to pay to leave the vehicle on the street and pray nothing happens overnight. Also I had full insurance coverage on the vehicle. When I brought it back it had a chip and a crack on the windscreen. I then went through three weeks of Enterprise trying to charge me for the repair. They wouldn't respond, they would simply send a notice to get me to pay, then sent another for a lower amount. Finally they responded after I wasn't so nice in an email attaching my invoice and previous emails. Eventually they stopped trying to charge me.

Finally remembered the place. I’m young and was a new guy in town, wanting to drive several thousand kilometers into the mountains over a few days to explore. The only car company that had my back was Enterprise, and the guy there assessed me when I walked in and actually seriously upgraded the ride for, like, $15 more. No problems or hassles. Considering my age, the price was dirt cheap, the vehicle worked great and he warned me about the photo radar which was a godsend. Take care of the company’s property, and they will take care of you. Customer for life.

I've used this branch several times but will no longer use them. I booked a car through them, yes relatively last minute but there was availability. I got a call to say there was none available and indeed there has not been availabliltiy for at least a week for my dates because people are on a standby list. Yet, the website still states that there is ample availability for all classes of car. Notice many negative reviews in the recent past compared to much further back. Looks like management has changed for the worse. Shoddy practices. Avoid.

Called, and reserved a car, then, 2 hours later, Enterprise called me, to cancel the reservation. They claim lack of cars. WHAT INVENTORY CONTROL!!! If you DO NOT have the cars, then DO NOT rent them out! They called me as every car rental in Edmonton was shutting down for the day, thereby screwing me out of a chance to book with a competitor. If I messed up someone's plans, I think I would be bending over backwards to help them out. But, from Enterprise, NOTHING. Screw them. They have just given another company a chance to earn my business.

Best rental office in Edmonton. Enterprise is well known respected establishment but what makes it special other than the excellent rates and fleet of terrific cars are the highly professional and very friendly staff. I’ve been to this branch multiple times and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Seun was excellent, very friendly and accommodated all my requests and gave me tips for my trips. Checking in and out was very convenient and comfortable. Look no where else for excellent affordable service. Ask for Seun or Eric and you will leave happy.

I just want to share about my driving experience this morning. The guy (drives a black VW passat plate) who works here don't know how to drive, he just cut me and a lot of people along low level bridge then up the hill no signalling even driving in the middle of two lanes swerving all the way through to his reserved parking spot in front across of their office location here downtown. I followed him so i can share this. Just imagine how will be your experience if ever you rent a car here (for the people that rent a car here).

Unfortunately I can not recommend this location, as they were extremely irresponsible with personal belongings that I had mistakenly left in the back of my rental vehicle. I had left a coat in the back seat of my rental car by accident. On returning to retrieve it, I was told by this location that they had essentially misplaced and lost the coat, and requests for them to follow up with me did not materialize. I am now out an expensive winter coat because this of this location's incompetence. I will not be using them again.

This location was very professional and I had a great rental experience, all thanks to Carter and his team at Enterprise. I initially reserved a Grand Caravan, but the location was sold out. Carter called within minutes of me completing my reservation to notify me the van was not available, but suggested a Durango, as it had comparable cargo space with the seats folded down. I accepted and it was a wise choice. Thanks again to Carter and his team for a painless and quick rental experience, and excellent customer service!

They don’t deserve a star. I should believe what I have read through the website. I came to this branch. And they told me that they don’t have any car. They said that they called me one day before booking date. But couldn’t reach me. That is . They give an option to wait until afternoon or evening. But they didn’t guarantee that I’ll get the car. I made a booking one month earlier. If they don’t have car they should tell me earlier. Not one day before or the day itself. It’s so disappointing

First of all the staff at this location were top notch, polite, efficient and professional. Secondly everything went smoothly - they had the car I booked ready to go even slightly before I booked it for - which I know is not always something that can be taken for granted but it is really nice this was flawless in this situation. Thirdly they had given me a call the day before to confirm everything - it is a nice low touch approach to confirming. Lastly they Jeep was in great shape and everything worked out.

Best experience I’ve had with a rental company! From great customer service right down to great vehicle inventory. It was a such a breeze when I went to retrieve the rental car. My own vehicle was in the repair shop for over a month and Enterprise completely understood I needed to keep the rental all month long to get to and from work. They had gave me a reliable 2021 hyundai elantra with great safety features and a stunning exterior. 10/10 would recommend. A bit on the pricey side, but completely worth it!

I had a decent experience with these guys. They picked me up at my downtown hotel. They are open on Sunday which was great and when they couldn't drop me off to catch my bus they called me a cab and re-imbursed me for it. I don't think they were obligated to do that but it made my life easier and was much appreciated. The only weird thing was they forgot to leave a brush/scraper in the car on a snowstorm weekend but it was probably an oversight. I'll never forget to double check that next time.

The customer service wasn’t as helpful as I thought they would be or as they say they are on some of the reviews. I personally found these people bias, they give first service to whoever they like. I first ordered an SUV Toyota, everything was fine UNTIL I got a call last minute and they made an excuse of something and gave the order I first ordered to somebody else after I finished with the purchases!!! I will never recommend anyone to go to this place and rent a car either will I.

As a regular customer, I've noticed a uniform treatment in my visits. Whether it's in a blizzard or on a sunny day. I'm given exceptional customer service each time. Arun, Luis and Sean continually serve me on a timely manner and even go as far as making great selections for me from their fleet. They are informative and have extensive product knowledge. Needed a last-minute rental car from April 21-23 and got a great one from here with no hassle. The branch manager Brij Singh assisted me and he was awesome, explained everything very thoroughly re damages, the fueling process and after-hours return process. Thanks to Brij, this entire process went seamlessly and I was able to go on my trip to Calgary after all (my car was in the shop that week) and have a great time. I recommend this location for anyone in the downtown core. I was picked up by the very friendly Omar - just as friendly as the welcoming staff at the location. I was treated like a client, not just a customer. They even upgraded me at no extra charge. The same day, Omar called to make sure that I was satisfied with the rental and if I had any questions about the contract or the vehicle. I will be a returning customer without hesitation. Rental confirmation said to leave keys in the after hours drop box, drove all the way there and the drop box is closed. Do not try to return your car after hours it’s a waste of time. Enterprise should provide this information in the email rather than at the rental location to save customers time. Edit: The return guy also tried to charge me an extra day because I couldn't return on the day I scheduled, take a careful look at your bill as they may try to scam you

If they don't have a car they usually find a way to get one for me. These guys have always been fantastic for customer service. I just tried to track down a car on Labour Day weekend in the middle of the weekend and Stacey made sure to call around and get his hands on one for me. I have found this store very accommodating on numerous occasions. They also do their best to find the right deals for the cars you are looking for. Fantastic service.

when i walked into enterprise there wasn’t a single employee at the desk. we waited AT LEAST 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back to help us, aswell as the huge line of people waiting behind me. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second time it has happened with enterprise that they accept a booking, send a booking reference number yet when you go to pick up they have nothing available (not even a different option) and excuse it by saying that it wasn't them who accepted the reservation and was their call centre. Why not have a better more efficient system so you can care about your customer experience.

They quickly supplied me with a high end vehicle which was covered by insurance for 2 weeks. However, when I returned this car after 2 weeks and asked for a less expensive car for 2 weeks which I had to pay out of my own pocket, they charged me the same amount as they charged the insurance company for the high end car!!!!Go figure, eh?! I had rented a car here for almost 2 months due to a car accident while my car was getting repaired. The service was very good - prompt and professional- hassle free rental. It’s great that Mona at the office reached out after the rental to make sure you are doing ok with the car. Location is convenient and close to downtown and they will pick you up and drop you off. First time utilizing enterprise for a rental car and will be my last time. I was communicated with during the time with my rental on which day to return the car as coverage was up. I returned it on that day and now they want to charge me for extra days which makes no sense to me. I returned the car on the day they asked. How do I have extra day charges? seems like a snakey business move to me.

I had a good experience here for the first time, everything is fine. But I received a bad one for the second time. When I returned the car, I waited at the parking lot for more than a half hour to get a ride back home. I understand they are very busy sometime, just want to remind that it would be great if they can improve the service quality a little bit. Anyway, I like enterprise as well.

I went to drop off the car at the bodyshop. The manger picked my girlfriend and i up and I couldn't believe what I had to sit beside. Like this was are very first time rent a car throw them and this is what we got into. But staff was very nice and friendly. But we got into are rental and there was garage in are rental also. I overheard one associate on the phone forewarning a client that there might not be vehicle for an upcoming weekend rental (this was Tuesday). Nice manner, and consideration for the client. They not only waived the secondary driver fee & allowed my brother-in-law to put the deposit on his credit card, but also gave me a free upgrade to a larger veichle. Don't ever go here! They double dip from the insurance and from the client. Insurance was covered up until a certain date and still made my family member pay for the last day insurance was covered. The man at the front desk was rude and threatened to not give my family member a rental a car he had a kiss poor attitude. Will be reporting this business.. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

I've rented multiple cars from these guys in the last year and my favorite feature by far is the "we pick you up". If you're a car rental company and you're not doing that you're seriously dropping the ball. The cars are always clean but I wish they all came with a sunroof. I'll probably rent another one this weekend if I can get a good deal. Pricing is usually reasonable.

Was not called to let me know when my insurance coverage on the vehicle was up. I was not able to return the car until the next day because I was working. If I was called before hand or contacted before I would have returned it. Staff was decent about it. Filled the gas tank, dropped the car off the next day right when they opened and did not waive the charge.

I had booked a little compact car online. When I got there, they told me they didn't have the car but would upgrade me to an SUV at no extra charge. Great! Had it all gassed up, clean and ready to go for me. I was there maybe 15 minutes. The guys at the front were super nice and helpful. Will come to you guys again when I need to rent another vehicle.

We’ve rented with them twice a year for 3/4 years. Always using my husbands credit card. They will no longer allow us to rent because I do not have a credit card, even with my husband with me authorizing his card use. Not sure why you’d change your policy to something so unbelievably dumb. We are married, we share a bank account. This makes no sense.

The manager Sunny Gill will be all smiles and do whatever it takes to get you into a vehicle with damage and then turn around and say the damage wasn't there, consistently saying to him these scratches won't buff out since theres yellow paint on the truck. They were closed two days in a row so I had to pick up my work rental car two days early. They could only delay the rental one day so they made me pay for an extra day when I was not using the vehicle. Also, all their SUVs have "boat nose"; you can't see anything for 50 feet in front of them.

When my car got T Boned (not my fault). I was able to pick up a rental for $47 a day. 2016 Nissan Rogue, very clean upon pickup. The lady at the counter was very friendly and got me on my way in no time. The driver that picked me up wasn't as customer oriented as the rest of the team.

The gas was not full when I picked up the car, but they said it was full. I have told them that I will only keep the original gas gauge position when returning the car and deduct my money after returning the car. Besides, the gas price is calculated at 2.15, which is really too bad
