Just an update of my review. Enterprise customer care followed up with me very quickly following this experience to better understand the circumstances. As mentioned, I would likely not have posted anything if the circumstances we are currently in were "normal." After discussing with the agent I feel confident this has been addressed and will definitely rent again from Enterprise on future travels. Thank you for listening and I also apologize if anything I have said was too critical. +++++++++++++++++++++++ Staff were friendly and accommodating. When I called to book my rental I specifically asked what procedures and policies related to COVID-19 were in place for safety and the representative explained there was a deep cleaning process and that the transaction would be more or less without any contact. Normally, I probably wouldn't care as much, but I did question if the vehicle interior was adequately cleaned/sanitized as the cup holders had old coffee/stains still in them. The touchscreen appeared to be the only area that showed evidence of being wiped down as I sort of could see streaks from a rag, the floors also looked like they were vacuumed so that was good. It was a Saturday and it was closing time so I didn't want to be an inconvenience as there were several other customers waiting outside as well. I had some rags and a soap spray bottle with me so I just cleaned all the surfaces I knew I would be touching on my drive home and performed a deeper cleaning on all door panels, handles, and other common touch points this afternoon. The storage compartments were quite dirty and showed no signs of recent cleaning so I am glad I at least wiped everything out myself - there was dirt, hair, etc. in the storage areas. As mentioned, maybe this wouldn't matter so much under "normal" circumstances but with everything going on at the moment, whether you think there is risk or not, I would have expected that a company renting vehicles for public use would have higher standards. Enterprise has been my "go to" for vehicle rentals for a long time, both for work and personal use in Canada and the US, and I have to admit it was a bit disappointing the vehicle interior wasn't as clean as it should be. I think this is the first time renting from this particular location so I am hoping this was just a "one off" experience.

I had a horrible experience with my rental and will jot down a few tips that may help you avoid the stress I'm having now. After all, we rent a car to have a great time, not a nightmare! If you are not familiar with the car rental business (that was my case), these tips may be useful. I don't want to generalize the comments to the entire Enterprise company. My issue was with the Edmonton Yellowhead Trail branch, so my review is specifically addressed to them. 1. Don't let them rush you during the inspection. Take a whole hour if you feel you need it. Don't trust anything they say and take pictures or make a video of the entire car. 2. If  they bring a car with many minor damages, refuse the car. They may make you pay for previous damages. In my case, the car had a huge crack in the windshield and many chips all over. I started to mention them and they told me that there were minor and rushed the inspection. After, they charged me for underneath bumper chips that I am sure I did not cause during my day-and-a-half rental. 3. Take a picture of the gas gauge. They cheated in the inspection document and tried to charge me for the gas. Luckily I had a picture of the dashboard. I don't know if it was on purpose or a mistake, but also I wonder which one is worse, dishonesty or lack of training... 4. If you have an issue with them, they won't probably listen to you. In my case, they were extremely aggressive charging me and, instead of listening to my concerns, just hid behind the statement that I had signed the contract (including the manager!) I really wish you a wonderful experience with your rental and I will be much more careful next time a need to rent a car. Of course I will avoid  this company.

I can't begin to say how awesome this location was. Definitely a 10 star experience, unfortunately I can only give you five. I rented a car for a weekend, through 3rd party seller. Enterprise handled the agreement with 5 star service from before the pick up date to when I dropped off the car. I was treated very well by Brij, and Taylor when I picked up the car early, which they were happy to accommodate. I was disappointed in the fact that there may have been pets in the car (pet hairs on the seats) and due to severe allergies, I had to vacuum the vehicle. Yes I'm sure I could have returned it without issue, but due to being pressed for time, my best option was to keep the vehicle. While away, Kelsey also called to check up on how everything was and left a message. I was gone, but how cool to come home to a message like that. Upon returning the vehicle, I stated my concern to Gregory H., and he was more than happy to make up for my concerns. All in all, I couldn't be more happy by the way I was treated, and made to feel like a customer that was important and mattered. Definitely a model of how businesses should treat their customers, and I hope the staff there are recognized for the hard work they do to make your rental so stress free. I can't thank you guys enough for your excellent attention, by far the best experience in car rentals I've ever had! I look forward to recommending your business and location to everyone and am looking forward to the next rental (yes, you've gained a loyal customer)!

I have used this locations a few times now and every time i have been in here, it was a great experience. The cars are clean and fueled up. The cars are the newest model years typically and the choice of vehicles is even better. During the 2 weeks i needed the rental car i was able to swap out of the cool Jeep Wrangler they gave me into the classy 300 S luxury sedan with no issue. It felt like i had my own personal garage. The people in the office were very friendly and accommodating and did not waste time. Leah and Alyssa were so helpful and treated me so great. Paperwork work done in 5 minutes or less. The walk around was very efficient and the checking in was even easier. One Toyota Camry i had rented had a chip on the windshield that i did not notice. As i was sitting at a stop light on the way home the windshield cracked all across the bottom. This was scary as i did not take the extra insurance. I was scared to bring it back to them as i did not indicate there were chips. The person at the desk looked into previous rentals and found that someone had indicated the chip and i was told not to worry about it. It would have been very easy for them to pin this on me and they chose to be a great company and not put this burden on me. I would highly recommend choosing this location for rentals in the future and if i am in need of another rental, they will be getting my business for sure.

Reserved a car. Only had a certain amount on my cc. I had cash and debit. She denied me a rental. Only would take my debt if I showed a pay stub. I have had 3 rentals from this place. I have not had a car since January due to the conflict in Russia, awaiting parts. After I was in an accident on the way home from work, when someone blew a stop sign and caused me to hit a fence instead if the vehicle. Unfortunately, they drove away and I needed repairs. I worked 2 night shifts in a row because I am a nurse. I am paying out of pocket for a rental and had more then enough funds. Unfortunately, not on the preferred method of payment. Sometimes people need a break and not a breakdown. All I needed was a car to get to and from work. Some type of kindness and help in my need to fulfill my shifts at 2 busy hospitals as a casual employee, to help relieve the burden of staff shortages. Some type of compromise when I was already down. I wish I got your name sweetie. Unfortunately, I was so distressed and shocked that there was no bend. On the positive side of this story, Practicar Car & Truck Rentals on 105 Ave & 116th st NW do accommodate all types of payments! Are kind, courteous, punctual and reliable. Thank you for making PRATICAR CAR & TRUCK RENTAL my new rental needs!

My recent rental experience with Enterprise left me utterly disappointed. I needed to rent a car to travel from one city to another, and I called Enterprise in advance to inquire about the process and drop fee. During the phone conversation, they told me that I could drop the car off in the other city with additional charges. when I got there to pick up the car, I was blindsided by a demand for an extra $100 for drop-off fee. I was shocked and frustrated, as this was completely contrary to what they had assured me on the phone. I tried to reason with the staff, explaining the prior conversation and finally they accepted and it seemed that there is no criteria about drop fee price and it is something random and by chance.Also, despite having a corporate discount, they refused to apply it to the fee. Finally, after much back-and-forth, they offered me a vehicle that did not meet my needs. I required a car with ample space for my suitcases, but they provided me with a smaller car that only had the option for flat seats, making it nearly impossible to fit my luggage. What's worse, they still charged me for a standard SUV, which was completely unacceptable. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won't be renting from Enterprise again

My insurance had a reservation for a rental since my car at the shop, and apparently my everything was going alright and I was supposed to go pick it up without the need for a credit card. They said everything is going to be fine since my car is gonna need a couple of weeks getting fixed( so the know they make more money). But when they knew my car is a write-off and I’m just renting for a few days they cancelled my reservation and apparently Aysha said I can’t rent without a credit card. Literally the day before I had talk to Aysha on the phone and she confirmed everything is gonna be fine, but now since I’m not gonna make them lots of money of my insurance they decided to give the car to someone else. Zero customer service and lack of professionalism. People come to rent a car when they in desperate for a car and you guys waste their time and making it worse for them. I’m not sure if all the branches are owned by the same people but other locations are way helpful and more professional. Aysha couldn’t help and just wanted to get off the phone find you a new job if this can’t fit you.

I don't like giving bad reviews but they are earned like good ones. Would give this location a 0 star if it were possible. Guy I dealt with was very rude and un-empathetic to my situation and needs. Giving me un-warrented attitude to the point his coworker rolled his eyes giving me the feeling this happens to many other customers. I'm not sure where he'd rather be or doing but he must be reminded that in customer service you are to take each transaction as a separate event, not sure what last person in there did or said to him but it wasn't me and I didn't appreciate the hostility. I hope for Enterprise's and his coworkers sake he moves on to something that he may like doing better or is simply replaced by some sort of key despensing vending machine that would likely have a better personality if nothing eles. I normally prefer Enterprise for car rentals as they offer great rates and packages. After this experience I could go anywhere and will be solely doing any car booking online. Although I don't remember his name I'm sure management to this location knows who he is.

I would usually give them 5 stars till this incident. DO NOT drop off your vehicle after hours. I GOT SCREWED HARD! I filled up the truck and they said I returned it with half a tank. The windshield had a rock chip in it when I picked it up and they marked it on the paper work, which happened to spilt when we had minus 20 weather for a week. They said I had 2 other substantial chips that caused the crack in the window. Cost me $210. I asked to see the window the next morning when I went to pay for the vehicle and they already took it away to "fill it up and replace the window". The manager (or who I think is) named Mark, has always been a really nice guy to deal with, and pleasant, but under pressure he turns ignorant and rude. I had the rental for 3 months, and they charged me 50 dollars to top up the gas plus a new window that already had rock chips. Long story short, DO NOT drop off after hours, nor except a vehicle with a rock chip cause if it splits you'll be buying a new window for them.

I will definitely be renting from this location again. 100% will be. My only and only issue with this location was when I was returning the vehicle on a Sunday. They told me to park the vehicle in front of the front doors and drop the keys at the key box. Easy and made sense. When I came to return the vehicle, the parking was ridiculous! People could’ve double parked against the building first then in front of another vehicle. But nope, people were leaving park-able spaces between the rental vehicle and the building. Another guy was having the same issue when I arrived and he just parked ON the road. That was very risky and I would not leave a rental car in the position fearing it’d be hit by incoming traffic. I did manage to get it parked properly and safely. This issue may not be Enterprise’s fault as well but it’s a hassle and very risky to leave rental vehicles on the road. My two cents about this location.

I am not impressed. After giving my credit card info/debit info i get my rental. Start driving and once on Wayne Gretzky south the interior lights come on, and the dash is beeping at me. This is an unfamiliar vehicle. I dont know what this van is trying to tell me. I pull over, check the doors are closed, check the windows... Still beeping at me and interior lights wont go out. Son of a... Now its just beginning to break first light out side so i can see better. I try the remote door fob. Still the same stuff. After running the van for another half an hour until it was super hot inside i heard something click. Tried the door fob again. Sure enough, both sliding doors were frozen open... or not fully closed before it was parked last time. This caused some stress as it was happening. Took my focus off the road. Not Cool!!! I will be letting them know at the location where i picked this up.

Made reservation for 8am with confirmation someone would pick me up. I consistently tried to reach out to the location. About an hour later I gave up and ubered. The location was extremely short staffed but reps were doing their best. The manager should have stepped up to at least let people with appointments know they couldn’t be picked up and that their rental options had changed. They should have been helping support. I drive a luxury SUV and with insurance footing the bill, so I planned for something similar. Fact is I watched two Tiguan’s be setup for the customers in front of me. So if I only showed up early I wouldn’t have been stuck with this entry level SUV that absolutely stinks ( performance wise and scent wise) ! I took what I could get because after 1.5 and missing some work I wasn’t going to prolong the situation anymore. At least I got something with Winter tires

I was getting some warranty done onto my truck at Koch Ford and they needed to keep it for a couple of days. Since my extended warranty covered a rental vehicle, they took care of everything. I had Enterprise call me and I spoke to Joel Gajdos, he was very helpful and professional. It took them while getting a vehicle ready for me but Joel, called me a few times to follow up with updates, I was really impressed. He was more than happy to come and pick me at my place to Enterprise. Joel went through everything and explained to me that Koch Ford took care of everything. We went around the truck to see if there were any damages and he recorded if there was. The walk around the truck went really well and smooth with no hassle. Even returning the vehicle was no hassle and gave me a ride to the dealership, so that I can pick up my truck.

OK, OK, OK! Ash provided the best customer service I've ever experienced that's Only Why I am giving 5 stars. Last Saturday, we reserved two Mid Size Sedans (Camrys) that fit within our price range, and the system allowed us to do so even though nothing was available. Because there isn't a competitor in the market, Enterprise is eating up money. However, Ash was the best bet, so he made a few calls to figure it out and promised to help if we couldn't find a vehicle because it was busy. Although it was technically close, He saw us and opened the door for us, filled out the paperwork, and gave us the RAV4. Specifically, we found one Camry but drove back for the second one to Yellow Head. I'm not sure how appreciative I was because I was so frustrated with the Enterprise system, but Ash made things work out.

Better than Sherwood Park, not as good as Downtown. Rented here a few times but I'm going to stick with downtown at this point. Bit annoyed at the pickup/drop off side of things. Wasn't fun dropping off my rental before work, expecting a ride home (because I called the day before and was told I could get a ride home) but then the guy saying he won't have enough staff to start doing that for an hour or two. No taxi offer, nothing. Had to pay for my own ride back. Also, the guy who picked me up to get this rental immediately felt like sharing all his COVID conspiracy theories about how it was fake and designed by Trudeau to get rid of Trump. Guy kept pulling his mask off to talk to me too. Exceptionally unprofessional. Probably at 60-40 here for good experiences and less than great ones.

Still quick service. But as a whole, I liked this location when Greg and his crew were there. Its sad that they left the location. They had such an excellent customer service that made me rent out vehicles for almost 2 years from this location. Their service was in a such a way that we will feel guilty if we change the location. Recently I see only one person from Greg's crew (the person at the counter when I picked the vehicle last week) and the above 5 starts is for Greg's crew, mostly. I am planning to try few other Enterprise locations close to my residence (now I don't have a reason why I shouldn't ) but I will still recommend this location as the service is faster. Vehicles can be less smellier but other than that its always delivered clean, at least for me.

Was picked up by their shuttle from the body shop, got my vehicle picked out, and was out to work in less than 15 min. Awesome speedy service. I had to call in on the Friday my vehicle was due as I was going to be a bit late and the manager stayed late to ensure I was able to get the rental dropped off! Had to be back here recently as I got into another accident. Got a call from the body shop that my vehicle was going to take over a month and a half. Unfortunately my rental coverage caps at $1500. Called Enterprise and mentioned my current rental would go over the insurance budget, and they adjusted the rate to allow me to keep the rental until the repairs on my vehicle is finished. Thanks Enterprise! I would highly recommend this location for their great service.

This location has terrible customer service. I made a reservation and they called to confirm it, however having rented from Enterprise in different locales since 2013 they made an assertion that didn’t make sense to me so they transferred me to a manager who immediately told me that I was not welcome to rent at this location and then cancelled my reservation as I’m modifying my reservation which prevented me from modifying my reservation. The “district manager” claimed that he was in the store while I was trying to clarify and speak, I asked multiple times to speak to the district manager. But if he was actually there I’m not sure why any of the employees would hang up on me when I requested to speak to them. Don’t ever use this location.

Book at this location at your own risk as even for confirmed reservations they can call you the day of rents and say “we don’t have the vehicle, we are overbooked”. It’s a shame, they ruin people’s plans. If you don’t have enough vehicles then simply don’t book more, let people go to other options instead of sending confirmations that the reservation is complete and then calling saying that there is no vehicle available. Terrible. Edit: Reply to the owner’s generic response. That’s false I have been trying contact the branch and Enterprise for all day and no was willing to help, all I got was rude customer service that reached to hanging the phone in our face. Please don’t mislead customers with such empty replies.

I was treated very badly today when I went to pick up a car I had reserved a week ago. the person who helped my was arrogant and condescending. My car was damaged and is getting fixed by a large company who will be paying for it instead of putting it through insurance. I was told the company could give them their credit card. But then was told I needed to put the entire rental on my card first $2300. I was told by 3 different people 3 different things. The lack of communication with Enterprise is unbelievable. Try hiring people that know what they are doing. What a run around. The reviews on here sounds like I will get completely screwed even if I do rent a car. I’m am taking my business elsewhere.

It’s pouring rain outside and they did not let me in. They made me wait outside (no roof at all) and did not offer an umbrella but the customer representative had one. When I said that I understand Covid 19 policies but you need to adapt to the whether conditions as you cannot let your customers outside when it’s pouring rain like that, the representative stated “well you didn’t come prepared for this whether”. We all understand what is going on with Covid 19 but you cannot provide a bad customer service for that reason. You guys need to offer an amazing customer service despite any circumstances. The representative was rude all the way so I ended up going somewhere else.

I’d like to say this has been a great place to deal with. However I received a call from Delilah. She called to let me know my insurance said I’d have the rental to a certain date. Then proceeded to ask when I would return the rental. I said on the last day I can have it till. At that point she hung up on me. I called back to inquire why, to which I met with a very rude attitude. She failed to answer why she hung up and even went as far as to laugh. She lacks professionalism and is a poor representation of the company. Not to mention that Delilah claims to be a manager there. If this is who a company puts in charge I’d hate to see what and how they treat other customers.

Thus is the worat place ever. I attempted to rent a vehicle with Visa debit. Right before i rent o get a call saying i have to have a utility bill and a pay stub . So i provided a credit card statement bank statement and paystub with government mail. This was not good enough . My mother is going to pass away within a few days and thus place robbed me of the opportunity to see her one last time. Then claimed i was being abusive and put me on the do not rent list . Thank you so much for not allowing me to see my mom one last time. Btw a credit card statement trumps utility's bill as well as government payatub. Julia and lauren should be fired. I will never forget thus.

If you are a colored person aka if you are not WHITE then they will profile you here and they will treat you as if you are a peasant , the blonde lady who works at the counter made me give up my rental even though I had the funds and she left me on yellowhead trail with no vehicle and my own children had to get into a cab because I couldn’t pick them up , now ask yourself would you want you’re children riding in a cab with someone u never met in your life? I had no option. This enterprise is the worst for business they grill you they racially profile you and they treat you like a real minority if you are young or not the same skin colour is them it’s sad tbh.

Terrible experience after renting cars for more than 6 months they are charging me $1200 for a dent that was not done by me. Yes after I returned the car and they checked that everything is clear, they called 2 hours later claiming that there was a big dent on the driver's door. I am not responsible for anything they claim after signing off the car. They decided to be the investigators and the judged and charge me $1200. The problem is that hiring a lawyer to fight this will cost me more than the 1200, but I am not paying a dime to them. I will make sure every potential customer knows about this incident. Shame on you and on your bad business

Front-desk staff is not very helpful and rude specially the guy (****). I was asked to wait while the staff is at the back talking to each other. I asked few questions cause it’s my first time renting a vehicle and they are not answering my questions at all. They just said I’m not allowed to rent and get somebody to rent the car, that’s why I asked my dad who’s with me and my brother to talk to them But they still didn’t allowed us to rent. They turned their back and walked away while saying they couldn’t help me at all. Note: We have booking online, credit card, valid license. We had to look for another vehicle renting company last minute.

Had a wonderful experience at Enterprise. Staff are helpful and professional. I had a bad experience at another rental and my insurance suggested this place. I ended up going back to Enterpise and received a rental the same day I told them I forgot my credit card and it was no problem. All they needed was deposit and address of the auto-body. I was literally stranded without a car and they helped me out. I even got a ride back to the auto-body once my car was done repair. Staff helped ease my stress and went above and beyond they were so understanding. Will be always renting from this company in the future! Thank you!

A++++ I've been to a few enterprise in my time. Usually I sit there for 15-30 min in a backed up filthy store front. Not this one. This one was clean. Efficient and very quick. I was there all of 5 minutes. Everyone who was there before me were in and out. Very fast. Clean looking store with employees who seemed actually happy to work there. The rep who went over my vehicle with me was not pushy or anything. Just simply informative and quick. But not rushy. I dunno management. I think you owe these guys a pizza party. You have a good solid team there. And in the future I'll be requesting this enterprise.

I rented a car a week ago. We used my father‘s driver license to apply for it. Due to the name on the credit card need to be matched with the name on driver license, the deposit was deducted from my father’s Visa card. And when we returned the car, I asked for paying by my BMO Mastercard. The staff took my BMO credit card and operated the paying system on the computer. Then he told me he made a mistake, he deducted the money from my father’s Visa card. I thought it will be refunded, so it may not be a big deal. But now, due to this behavior, I lost some money because the changes in exchange rate.

I was in their rental for 9 months. But had to switch a few times in between that time period. There are some good and bad customer service skills at this locations. Got to a point that I dealt with the regional. I think it’s absurd that they can’t do debit or return on debit and have to cut a check. Not everybody has a credit card and need to figure out a better windshield coverage policy for their rentals. Paying $300 some every time is ridiculous. What a money grab. They are extremely fast with setting up and checking in the rental. This location is better than the 50st though thankfully.

This enterprise is a much better location. Management is actually useful here and doesn't mislead you. The staff is knowledgeable and reliable. The only thing I dont like is that they don't really try to give you extra options if what you had setup doesn't work. They don't work towards a solution with you instead they seem to rather not care about the customer much. However if you complain to upper management about things they will help you figure out a resolution. But you have to go above the management at the store which is pretty painstaking.

I've been a Enterprise Customer for years... as my business has expanded I've had a limited use of rentals. I was in an accident, and insurance set me up with enterprise.... and I ended up at this location. By far, the best, enterprise I have ever been to. The assistance manager of the location bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of. I have been nothing but impressed, and it's honestly refreshing seeing the level of customer service shown. I cannot thank you enough. Going forward, this will be the location I will use from now on.

Recommend that’s my 5th rental vehicle Mostly Fort Saskatchewan sadly they closed temporarily blame’s COVID’s 19 to now. But in Sherwood park used to be too bad news they don’t have much faster empty parking lot no extra anymore used to be 4 years ago At 81 st and Yellowhead Edmonton first time ever, was prefer Toyota car sad disappointing they haven’t chance done oil change or whatever not on timeline Kia Soul is my 4th not my favourite Kia no offers again thanks to COVID’s damaged businesses long way to recovery long way

June 2019 2nd visit Returned my rental 2019 GMC Terrain SUV This rental SUV was fun to drive Got driven back by Kerry to Fixed Auto bodyshop to pick up my fixed SUV As always, dealing with Alissa was very pleasant, she's phenomenal! Initial visit - beyond 5 ☆ rating Got picked up from AutoFix and driven to this location for my car rental. Be careful when leaving things when you drop off a vehicle here. I accidentally left my sunglasses in the sunglasses holder in the rental and the staff "mysteriously" couldn't find it. Vehicle rental was fine, but if you leave valuables in the car, seems like the staff will just lift it unfortunately... Ownership responded to my review and looked into the situation, but ultimately did nothing about the issue. Make sure you don't leave anything in your rental or they will take it and try to cover it up.

Ive been continuously coming here for a while, and i also make my friends and family come here also. Best enterprise location in the city. I refuse to go to any other location as the customer service at this location is legendary. The manager Greg Hladyshevsky is the best! Super accommodating, gets back to you right away about any inquiry and keeps up with his professionalism. I will continuously give my business here as this location has never let me down! Well to begin on May 22nd I came here to rent a vehicle and the moment I entered the aura was already bliss, The amount of knowledge and 110% customer service that Taylor, Taylor J , Ayse O & Alissa Sinclair was phenomenal. They went through the paper work very thoroughly and made me feel very safe and secure!! Fast, very friendly service. They brought a car from another location to ensure I would have the car I had reserved. Car was clean and in good condition. Originally I had thought I would need the car for 3 days but I only needed it for 2 and I was expecting to have to pay for the 3 days anyways upon early drop off but I was only charged for 2. Inspection was fast and I was out within a few minutes. I was very nervous about renting a car but this experience changed that. Thank you enterprise!

I gave these guys 5 stars for many reasons. When I walked into the business I was greeted with smiles and professional people. They know their product and were very helpful in getting me set up with a vehicle so I could be on my way. I had to extend my rental a couple of times which was a quick call. Then upon returning my vehicle, I was given a ride to my home. I will definitely return to Enterprise for any future rental needs Awesome job guys ! Keep it up and I will see you soon.

Good service and people, however, the only reason I had to get a car with them in the first place is because the dealership I went to doesn't do loaners. In which case they rented this vehicle and should have covered the cost for it. ENTERPRISE STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE GAS WHEN THAT WAS ON MY DEALERSHIP TO PAY AND I MADE THAT VERY CLEAR AND THE DEALERSHIP SAID THEY HAD THINGS COVERED. Needless to say, I am disappointed in this from all angles. Someone messed up and I am not happy.

Booked a car a week in advance of requiring the vehicle. Received confirmation email and thought I was good to go. Unfortunately, on arrival, no car was available. The desk staff spent time calling around to find me a vehicle... but could only find one half way across town. We decided not to rent from here. Ideally, the location should have 1) gotten the car in before we arrived, and 2) held the car per confirmation. I don't believe I will rent from here again.

Amazing customer service, rental and very detailed in the inspection as well. Harvey was super polite and great to talk too! Was able to get a rental booked very quickly too which was super nice. Harvey was able to meet me and was early for where my car was being fixed in fort saskatchewan. The car was also super clean and well cared for as well. I would recommend enterprise to anyone in need of a rental! Thanks again for making this experience easy!

I rented a car from them and while I had there rental it was broken into and my wallet was stolen from the car.... but when I told enterprise what happend they laughed about it and nothing was done. The police think it was an employee of enterprise since an employee was parked right beside the renat at my own residence, and there was know way to break into the car unless you had the keyless entry code or another key. I will NEVER rent from them again

I didn't give them a 1 star because I've had ok experience with them before. Reason they get 2 star is because they forgot to pick me up when I rented from them last time. I waited for 2 hours, had to find my own ride to Enterprise. When I got there and told them about it they ignored me as if the lady behind the counter was deaf. Only reason why Enterprise is so busy is because majority of their business comes from Insurance claims.

Very happy with my experience at Enterprise Yellowhead. I was greeted by Julia and David upon arriving there, the paperwork was a very speedy process and Kunal was very thorough when doing our walk around. I totally feel for workers in the rental car industry as they are experiencing car shortages and everyone seems to think it’s their fault. Everyone was very kind and helpful, will definitely be recommending to friends & family.

I booked a car, gave them the address, and was told by the call center they would pick me up. I called at the time of the reservation to arrange a pickup only to be told by Tarn “Oh, we can’t pick you up because it’s showing you’re 18 minutes away, we only do 10 minutes or less”. Now I have to look for another reliable rental agency because Enterprise employs a bunch of ill informed and unreliable individuals.

I am very satisfied with the service at this location in particular. The pick up and drop off shuttle service worked flawlessly. Very quick, uncomplicated processing getting the vehicle, and very fast return. I got a major upgrade on my vehicle with no additional costs added. I can only recommend enterprise car rental for the cheapest prices and best service. I will return renting with this location.

Zero customer service. After 2 weeks of a car rental from this branch, I received a call advising me that the price has gone up. When I was trying to understand the reason, the guy told me that you have no choice either to accept or we will call the police and let them know that I have stolen the car. WHAT? Threatening customers with police is unethical and reflects insane customer service.

I had a great experience renting here. I appreciate the paperless approach at the rental and the courtesy of all the staffs that attended to me both when I rented and after I returned the car. Everything was fine with the car that I rented and the staffs even offered to drop me off anywhere if I wanted. This is the first time for any car rental that I have patronized. Highly recommended!!!

I had a great experience with Greg and Jake at this location. I had booked through Expedia and had a car at a different location but it wasn’t clear if they’d have a car. I called this location on Yellowhead and spoke to Greg, who was able to set me up in a brand new Toyota RAV4. Jake did the walk around with me, was friendly and not pushy at all. I was very happy with my experience!

Prices for a weekly rate are honestly kind of ridiculous but we had no choice other than to rent a car because mine wasn't highway safe. Hearing from other people that they could get their rental from Enterprise for cheaper seems unfair and wondering why we paid so much. The service is great but honestly $1000 for 6 days is ridiculous and that is why I am giving a 3 star.

The level of service here is incredible! I made a last minute reservation, they worked tirelessly to get me a vehicle. They found one, cleaned it up quickly and it was smelling great and I was on my way. The manager offered me a luxury (which I could not accept), but they worked incredibly hard for me and were outstandingly friendly, courteous and professional.

I rented a KIA Soul from Enterprise (paid by insurance). The guest service was amazing.. When I returned the vehicle, there was an issue... David dealt with it personally.. Went above and beyond to make it go away.. The signing in/out of vehicles is pretty straight forward and transparent... All in all, I give the whole experience a 5 star. Highly recommend

And I asked them about another car . They said they don’t have any car . So why did you call to confirm if you don’t have any car available. This is really bad service

Service at this enterprise is very hit and miss. In the pass I've had great service. Today, not so much. I am halfway through the process of renting a car, and the gentleman helping me walked away and left me standing at the counter while he goes talks on the phone. Pretty odd. I've been a loyal customer to this location so today's visit is a letdown.

They certainly go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. the cars are always clean and full of gas. Very fast and efficient. I consistenly use this place for work rentals, and even though its usually pretty busy, the staff here are always super friendly and they always have a car ready. The drive home service is really convenient. The only thing that could be improved is the office area, it's looking a bit worn out. But the cars are always clean and well maintained.

I placed 2 phone calls to the Yellowhead location to make sure I'd have a car on a time and date that was agreed upon. The morning of, I was told the driver would not be picking me up due to a miscommunication. I will go out of my way to avoid Enterprise in the future, and will not be recommending them to my customers at my dealership either.

Friendly, knowledgeable, staff. My rental has been returned, I was dropped off at the body shop where my vehicle was, the young man that took care of me was very helpful. This is a very busy place, and the staff take care of their customers with patience, kindness and in a timely manner. I will definitely patronize Enterprise again.

Great service as always. However when I picked up the car it only had 1/4 tank of gas, so I had to fill up right away and returned with more than I left with. Not a problem, but I prefer to pick up with a full tank and return full, paying only for what I use. Wife complained that the car had a smell, but I didn’t notice anything.

And now they're holding my money indefinitely...Upon confronting the management and accounting, they told me there's nothing they can do for me even tho they took $150 extra and provided no service for that money .very unhelpful and unnecessary stress added to a post MVA situation

I have rented from this location several times over the last year. They always treat me with the most friendliest greeting and always do backflips to keep me happy. I love their inexpensive weekend rates (although they are not available during the summer) and look forward to my next rental from them.

I’ve used this company before and they were great. WERE. I just went to get an SUV and awful service. Staff was condescending, not very helpful and overall I left pissed off. I won’t use the Yellowhead location again and as a travel agent, I will not be referring customers as well. Horrible.

Good service when I arrived... ama directed me to a closed enterprise and had to catch 2 cabs to the one at 8640 Yellowhead trail. I expected to have a pick up and drop off service but was told by enterprise it would take an hour. If this was corrected I could give it a higher rating.

Great service. My only complaint is when you book a certain size rental and arrive to pick it up but they do not have any remaining vehicles in that size and you have to pick a smaller unit. What is the point of reserving a unit if it is first come first serve?
