I had a rental from this location while my car was in the shop after getting rear ended on Christmas. When I picked up my rental vehicle the agent did a walk around with me and pointed at 2 chips on the upper windshield which were small and said “You will notice these but they are under 2mm so we don’t classify them as damage” I said thanks for pointing them out. While driving the rental, I had the heat going in the vehicle as it was fairly cold outside. These chips turns into a big crack all of a sudden due to the temperature difference. After hearing the noise and realizing, I IMMEDIATELY tried to contact enterprise to explain the situation but they were closed for the entire weekend and voicemail was not an option. I then emailed my insurance adjuster to have him try to emergency get in contact with someone as I knew this was absolutely not my fault, and did not want to be liable as well as wanted to know if they’d like me to switch vehicles. I contacted them directly on Monday when they opened and spoke on the phone to Anthony? (I believe) I explained the situation and he assured me it was no problem and I didn’t need to return the vehicle right away. He thanked me multiple times for calling in to let them know what happened and said he appreciated it. Today I went to take the car back and am now being told I am responsible for the windshield damage? The employee I spoke to today didn’t seem to care what I had to say and started to serve another customer after briefly telling me he would be filing a claim. This is absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service. You knowingly rented out a vehicle with existing issues to a part of it, noted it to me, but did not mark it down as damage as it was “too small”. Then the issue spread and I took all the steps to notify them immediately of the issue but now am being told I have to pay for this damage that occurred due to an EXISTING issue that I had no part in. Red circled is the crack caused by the chips. Yellow is the chips that were already present when I picked up the vehicle. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone.

Today, 2019-02-15, my fiancée had quite the horrific experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 7520 104 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She's a frequent renter -- bringing chocolates for the staff at Christmas -- and, in fact, sold her car because of the convenience of occasionally renting from Enterprise. She's had issues with them, including a few poorly-trained employees and reservations without corresponding cars, but in general it's been worth the trouble. Until today, when Taylor, the location manager, threatened her with hundreds of dollars for towing and other fees after she exchanged a car with a flat for another and forgot to leave the keys. She proceeded to a hospital appointment where she answered the rental company's call and promised to return the keys immediately after being released an hour later. Over the next hour, while being seen, Enterprise called four times, and (in her words) "viciously threatened me to get back there right now with their keys". Their excruciatingly bad customer service got even worse once she returned to the lot. I'll let her continue: "I was almost in tears. I was doing my best and practically running from my appt, still fresh from a treatment because I was so scared of what Enterprise were going to do. I had given them the option to pick up the keys from the hospital but I couldn't leave immediately as I was getting treatment. Their precious keys were so much more important than a customer's health. They couldn't wait one hour. It is pretty disgusting. I have never been so disappointed with customer service staff." Needless to say she's beyond disgusted, as am I. Each of my at-least-quarterly trips from San Francisco comes with a car rented for the duration. Besides the loss of our business we're determined to share our experience with our families, friends, and community. Nobody should suffer being berated or threatened and especially not from a company to which they're paying money. Enterprise, you screwed up.

Terrible -- avoid!!!!!! Rented a car online for this location, got a confirmation number and pre-signed in with readypass. Showed up the day of my rental to be told they have no car for me. Guy behind the counter told me it "wasn't their problem" and that booking online apparently doesn't guarantee you a vehicle. He then lied and said he called and left us a voicemail warning us that they didn't have any cars hours earlier (spoiler: he didn't). He then told us he'd "try to hook us up" because we are nice people, which consisted of him calling one of his friends who works at another enterprise on his day off and then telling us there is "nothing more he can do." The icing? I've called enterprise customer service 4 times in the last month and was told every time that they are taking this issue seriously, have escalated it to the area manager, and that I'll receive a call back ASAP. I have not only yet to receive a call back ... the customer service agent was so dumbfounded by the fact that no one has called me back that he personally gave me the name and number of the area manager to call myself. Embarrassingly bad service at the rental agency and terrible accountability by all levels of authority above it. Not worth it. *UPDATE: Enterprise corporate emailed me 2 weeks ago and let me know the issue has been escalated directly with regional management of the Enterprise rental center. I was told they would be in touch with me. After one week, I emailed them because I had yet to receive a response. They apologized and said the regional manager would be in touch. It is now the SECOND week with no response from the regional manager. Unbelievably awful service. Truly, never rent from here.

Thanks Enterprise for making my first renting experience a complete NIGHTMARE!!! When I did the inspection with the staff, I didn't think the roof was inspected although the staff insisted that he did. Since I have no experience with this and I signed the contract saying the vehicle is in perfect condition (the most regretful thing I have ever done!). So I had to pay for a damage that I am not responsible for. And the staff talked in a really misleading way, for example asked questions like "we rented you a perfect car and now you return it with damage, is that correct?" He wanted to force me to say yes while I refused to. Then if I return the car they would sent the car to the body shop leaving me with the options of either paying it out of pocket or making a claim with insurance company no matter how much the cost would be... So the only option for me was paying for the damage that I was not responsible for...otherwise they will put me into "collection". In other words, the refusing to pay will be in my credit record forever. At beginning he didn't want to explain to me the meaning of putting into collection, even though I asked him several times. Maybe he thought putting me into collection saved him time to argue with me. I have never felt so powerless and bullied as a consumer. "Taking care of our customers. That's the Enterprise way." Says it on one of the posters in their branch. SUCH AN IRONY!!!! Remember to check every inch of your vehicle! So that they won't charge you!!! If you can go to any other place, then go some where else!!!

Update: After a month of sending my complaint, the regional manager called and told me to make this experience better, your next rental will get a free upgrade. Do you think ignoring a customer for a month then returning with a 1$ upgrade is really going to make up for a bad service?? I get upgrades at Budget everytime for different reasons and without complaints! They upgrade bcoz the car is not available, upgrade because they have extra cars that are not going out....etc. Enterprise, you need to take training on customer service . This is my first time renting a car with enterprise and it was a very bad experience with the car, and a frustrating experience after that with the customer service and the location manager (7520 104 St NW, Edmonton, AB). Very bad service and even the manager did not care about my concern that the car was not safe to drive. When I was picking up my car, the agent told me that the tire alert light is on but I shouldn't worry since the car was checked and there was no concerns. Actually I took the car and it was not stable at all when I drove it above 60 km/hr (Which is on highways). The location was closed over the weekend so I couldn't ask for an exchange and when I dropped it back and explained my concern, the manager didnt even try to apologize to make the situation better...He just denied that there is any problem with the car!! Horrible customer service and very bad manager and team there. I got much better service and communication with Budget. I would totally go back to budget rather than getting this sort of treatment and bad service from enterprise. I totally recommend Budget over Enterprise.

Returned a rental with pre-existing damage from another location that I had indicated and had been told it was too small to worry about, only to be told upon return that I would have to pay for it. The “manager” (Chris, I believe his name was) proceeded to tell me that the individual who rented me the car was a “management trainee” and therefore well trained and not prone to mistakes like that - he neglected, however, to tell me that Enterprise calls their entry level position “management trainee”. Proceeding forward, Chris and I agree that fine, I don’t have pictures to back what I’m saying up so he won’t charge me for bumper damage (which Fix Auto said was actually just the shape of the bumper. It was perfectly symmetrical according to a caliper measure) and only for the small dents on the pillar. Likely only $400-$600, Chris said. A week later I get a $2000 bill in the mail, nearly half of which is a charge to replace the bumper PLUS three days rental cost due to “lost time”. Upon talking to the Enterprise office in Toronto, my bill was quickly waived and for that I am very grateful. That said, this particular branch was wildly unprofessional, inconsiderate and down right fraudulent. All of this aside, what really irked me was how much flak I got for returning the Pathfinder that was rented to me to a different branch, because they “hate to lose nice vehicles”. You’re the same company. Don’t offer that option then. Overall, likely never renting with Enterprise again. I usually spend about $2000 a year with these guys - no more.

Horrible experience with Enterprise. They told me my insurance coverage was up when it was not. This ended in me having to come in to resign papers as "my insurance was up", which it was not. They told me I owed over $400 dollars for opting to buy the windshield package which I was told I most likely did not have coverage for, which I 100% did. This was not true. They told me I had to pay for a $400 dollar bill and was not covered which was untrue. Therefore they took the vehicle from me, leaving me stranded without a vehicle. They refused to give back the money they took from me, even though my insurance coverage was not up. They were very rude to me over the phone regarding contacting the regional manager, telling me that they were not going to give me the number to contact him. Do not opt for the extra coverage if going through them, it is a sham. They make it sound like it is necessary and needed, when it is not. I feel they 100% took advantage of me being a young female and going in there on my own. I would not recommend using this location of Enterprise, or Enterprise at all. They did not handle my rental well at all, and has left me without a vehicle, and very upset.

I rented a vehicle from this Enterprise on January 21 while my vehicle was in the shop getting repaired. The vehicle they initially gave me wasn't what I asked for. However, we did a walk-through of the vehicle and they told me if I came back in a few hours they'd have an SUV ready for me. So, I came back in a couple hours to pick up the SUV I asked for. We didn't do a walk through of the vehicle before I signed the paperwork. Two days later, I noticed a fairly big crack in the windshield. Let's keep in mind it's COVID and I drove the vehicle to the grocery store and back. There was no highway driving - just driving around the city. I returned the vehicle today and they are quoting me more than $700 to replace the windshield for damage I did not cause. This crack likely started from a rock chip that I didn't notice when I picked up the vehicle (nor did they tell me about) and now they're putting that cost on me. I would never recommend this Enterprise to anybody. I find it hard to believe a company would feel it's okay to do this when times are so hard and mental health is at an all time low. I don't feel what they're doing is even ethical.

I needed to rent a vehicle for about 4 days. The first two days, I needed a truck, which was given to me. When I no longer needed the truck, I called to exchange the truck for an economy car. When I called to asked if they had any economy cars available and what the rate was, whoever I spoke with would not answer my two questions. I asked repeatedly if I could exchange my truck for an economy car for a cheaper rate, and after not getting any answers and with the representative arguing with me, I had enough and kept the truck for two more days. When I returned the truck on the fourth day, I spoke with the manager, Taylor, about the experience I had with their staff member. She apologized for this and wanted me to have a better experience. I was charged the rate for a truck for the first two days, and she charged me for an economy car for the last two days. She also waived my damage waiver cost and refunded me an extra $10, as the truck was given to me with a tank not completely full. Taylor went above and beyond to make my experience better and I was really grateful for her customer service. Thanks Taylor!

Worst costumer service ever! I rented a car for 9 days and my return day were Saturday after hours! Even though the agent helping me kind of knew it was my first time renting car with all the explanation I gave him, he did not mention that I will get charged till Monday! I got charged for scratch on fog lights (as they said small scratch) that I am still not sure if it exists or if it was there before I rent car (who checks fog lights first thing first renting a car?). Agent had my email wrong so did not get my opening contract for few days after return and I had to call them back and talk to them more strictly till they go back to their main office for second time and pull it for me so i can ask my insurance company to cover the damage (still not sure if it exist and was not there before renting or they just want to get something from my insurance company). I am checking my contract after a month and just realized about after hours thing! Also, my experience with calling their costumer service was even worse with rude people answering the phone like someone forced them to talk!

I rented a car on 8 Oct. for two days and picked it up at 10:00 am. The car had mechanical issues and the dashboard said "low engine oil pressure" at 4:00 am 9 Oct.. Tried to contact road side assisstance and I was told to contact the center. Waited until 8:00 and called them. The broken car was towed away at 9:30 or so and I have to take a taxi to the center and get another car. I WASTED A WHOLE MORNING for the broken car from 4:00 am to 10:30 am. I had to return the car at 3:00 pm on Saturday because the wasted time. The invoice said I returned it on 9:46 am Sunday and charged me one more day for the rental fee, additional driver, and damage waiver. Called the center on 21 Oct. for this and I was told you returned the car more than two hours later and that was one more day charge. I explained the oil leak and everything. I was told someone would call me later and never recieved a call back from them. The guy who talked to me seemed did not want to resolve any of my problem and tried to cut the line before I finished my talk. I just want let everyone know this.

I recently rented a large SUV from this enterprise location. To paint a picture, it was 36 degrees out, customers lined up out the door, customer cars filled the lot, and there were only two employees doing everything from washing cars, returning cars, renting out cars, and driving customers to the auto wreckers that came from there. I'm not sure why the staffing was so short but that is not the focus of this review. Bella Krupkiewicz (I made sure to take her card for this purpose) and her other staff hustled like many employees don't do these days, especially when the odds and the temperatures are stacked against them. They kept their composure and professionalism and really ensured that everyone got taken care of. I was very impressed and this location will be my new go-to for car rentals. Thanks Bella for the awesome help and great attitude on a tough day!! FYI - Returning the car a week later was just as great.

Update to this review. Enterprise contacted me and made it right with a complimentary rental and an apology. My faith is restored. Thank you Enterprise for taking responsibility. Your are an honorable company. Received a call one hour prior to picking up at this location and told my reservation was cancelled due to a "shortage of cars", asked to speak to the manager, was told he was busy and would call me back, he didn't, was told I was on a waiting list for a car, no one called with any updates on the wait list much less an available car. Did not expect this from a franchise like Enterprise, very disappointing and an extreme disruption to our plans. Thankfully Budget was able to offer a car and honor the concept of a reservation to save the day. Please do not make a reservation here and mistakenly think that guarantees you have a car available on the day of your reservation.

What an incredible experience I have had with enterprise. These people know what true customer service is and they go above and beyond what I expected. They provided me with a brand new 2019 rental car for three days that was clean, spotless and safe to drive while my own car was being fixed in an autobody repair shop. They dealt with billing my insurance company and providing me bumper to bumper coverage. They also picked me up from the repair shop promptly and the manager that assisted me (Sona) was friendly, kind and engaging throughout the entire process. There wasn't a time where I felt inconvenienced or where I was without a car. Enterprise were the first ones to call me if there is an issue or just to make sure everything is going great. All in all a great company that was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I will return here for any future rental needs.

I had my car broken into so needed a rental. I clearly was having a bad week and this experience made it worse. The auto body place called for Enterprise to come pick me up. Was told it would be 10 minutes. It was 40. Not a huge deal. I had a reservation for an SUV. When I got there they told me they did not have an SUV for me... BUT they just gave an SUV to the guy in front of me even though he had a reservation for a car! I have to drive clients around so need a respectable vehicle that fits a few people. I finally accepted a car as I had no options.... They then provided me with a bright pink Chevy Spark. It is the smallest car I have ever seen and the worst color possible. I was told this was the only car available. How is that possible. Why did they take my reservation for an SUV if they did not have an SUV. I would have made other arrangements.

My son was offered a rental while his car was being repaired at a local body shop. The entire rental price was paid for , but the representative insisted that their vehicles could not leave without having the customer buy the additional CDW. My son meets the age requirement and has a credit card that covers damage to rental vehicles. The vehicle being repaired is insured and would address the 3rd party liability. So why does Enterprise insist on their coverage at $17.99 a day? I think it's because they are bonused on the amount of add on charges they can con you into buying. It's dishonest and Enterprise should be ashamed. I just rented from National and no pressure from them. I used to rent through Enterprise when I was away on business, but not anymore. These additional charges yield short term gain, but destroy the chance for repeat business.

Apparently when coming in when I booked a reservation over the phone with the branches individual number I spoke with a call center for this company....and when coming in Ryan states that I don't have a booking bec I booked so late and yet he can offer 3 different vehicle options to people that have booked a couple days in advance. I should have pushed star when calling and confirm that I was in fact speaking with the branch?!? What type of customer service is this?!? There is no priority for ensuring we don't waste our time coming in. There's only one person 7 people in the lobby and Ryan just was ignoring us and then started booking others out letting me know I should call 99 location which isn't answering...why doesn't my booking matter. Why is Ryan stating he works with this issue every day....yet nothing changes great customer service

Very disappointed. I was told by the manager that a possible rock chip that damaged the vehicle would not be something I would have to pay for. He wrote me a letter to support me saying that it could have been pre-existing but failed to state that I wouldn't be charged. He only gave me his word. Now I have a bill of $750. When I called, the other manager inferred that I was lying about the manager saying I wouldn't be charged. He was very unhelpful and referred to his manager as "the big brown guy." I don't think people of colour would like to be referred to by their skin colour. Don't ever rent a vehicle without taking your own pictures because something out of your control could happen and you could be held responsible. Not sure why they allow scratches of a certain size to be okay, but a rock chip is my responsibility to repair.

Patience pays off!! When I arrived at this Enterprise location, they were so busy getting people in cars and shuttling them back and fourth I thought their feet would start on fire from the friction. Lol. I know it’s not easy when expectations run high in a busy city, but Jassi and Yue performed well under the pressure. I'm sure these guys didn’t take a break until lunchtime. When my turn came up they did all the paperwork and even called my insurance agent, so I could get a better car than the one I was originally approved for - at the same cost. I do believe this was their kind gesture on behalf of my patience to wait as long as I had to, which was understandable in my opinion. It wasn’t my first rodeo having a car rental, and sure things can always be better - such is life my google review friends! Good job guys!

Do not come here for a car rental. I have never rented a car before, and this place was my first. I got picked up by enterprise from my car shop, and brought to this location, 10 minutes before closing. I found out when I got there, that I needed to pay $150 up front. I didn't have my bank card on me, and they wouldn't take my cash. It would have been nice If I was told this before a ride came my way. They didn't even want to drive me home. They made me walk in -10 weather. I told them that I live closer then my car shop, and that it was on the way. They were willing to drive me back to the shop, but not to my home. I was also told that I was getting refunded within 3 days. I have been waiting 1 month and still haven't gotten it. What the hell is going on with this place??.

Communication was poor - lots of back and forth regarding whether they would have a car available for me as well as whether they would be able to pick me up (as my personal vehicle was being repaired). More upsetting though was the cleanliness of the rental car I received - very dirty with dust and dog hair. As the employee was getting out of the car after showing me around, he handed me two Lysol wipes and said "Here. In case you want to wipe it down." This was my first time renting so I was a little taken a back and didn't say anything up front, but I feel like cleaning the vehicle should not be the customers responsibility! Otherwise my experience was okay. The car drove nicely and I had no issues with drop off (however I dropped it off at another location).

Just make sure you only keep enough credit available on your credit card to pay for the deposit and your rental; they will not hesitate to bill your card as they please without your authorization first. That is not unique to this location; many of the Enterprise locations across Edmonton all do the same. Rented the vehicle through insurance and returned vehicle. Later on received letters claiming windshield damage, which was not from my use. No one walked around the vehicle with me at the time of return. The branch management also claims they requested I stay and wait for a walk around, but this is not true. They also attempted to charge my credit card without my consent. Had to consult my credit card company to get my money back; took 3 months.

I had reserved a vehicle online, but got a call the day before my trip that the vehicle (a mini van) i had reserved would not be available. I had reserved this vehicle for a reason, i was travelling with a group. The person on the phone kept telling me that they would try to find me a mini van and would call me back before they closed. The day came and went, and i got no call back. The next morning when i called back to confirm that i would be able to pick up the mini van in a couple hours, they told me they did not have one, but would call me back with a solution by noon (when my rental was due to begin). Well surprise, surprise, no phone call. ever. Would NEVER rent from Enterprise (or attempt to) again. Absolutely horrible.

Thanks a million to Bella, Deepak and the Enterprise staff who helped me have a fruitful experience with them. I received the car 2 hours later than expected but Bela and the other two staff ensured that they would compensate for the same. They gave me a good discount and I literally had an amazing trip to Calgary and Banff with my sons in Honda civic. The car was great and I had absolutely no issues. Bella went out of her way to give me the names of the places I should visit in Banff, the restaurant i should try food and also the names of all the apps for the parking payments. I thank them wholeheartedly for a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this branch. Great work.

Do not rent a car here. Absolutely sassy, the lady literally told me "dont worry about the gas" because I assumed the dealer was paying under warranty so o said okay cool. Did not fill it up. They gave me the car with a half tank in it, and I come in to return it and shes like I never said that. 84$ please. So I called the dealer and told them to never recommend this place ever again. 84$ or a half a tank lmaooooo. They are so rude its ridiculous and when I confronted her she shakes her head. No thank you. Go somewhere else. And if your dealership says they're using here, you have the right to say hell no, pick somewhere else plssss. Thanks.

The staff that picked me up was fantastic! However, the service to get the vehicle was very slow, however very friendly when it was finally my turn. Disappointed in the car as it did not have cruise control and driving it to and from Calgary makes it longer drive as my foor seems to get heavier as the drive goes on. However, that was my only complaint about the car. It was a cute Kia that I was driving. When I dropped it off, once again it was busy but efficient. They arranged an uber to take me home so very appreciative of that. I would use their services again. I would just ensure that the vehicle I was being given had cruise control.

Update, 20 September 2020: I rented a car two weeks ago, the fuel was 7/8 full. I returned the car with full fuel. I was not compensated. Yesterday I returned a full car with 7/8 and I was charged 7$ for refuel. The car I rented yesterday was dirty. There were fries and bottle caps around. I was an hour late to pick up a car I had rented a week in advance and once I got there I was told that they had rented out my car! They were very rude and disrespectful. The best offer they could give me was twice the price of what I had booked. This Enterprise has lost it. Since they changed the crew, their service is unacceptable.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST !!!!!! If I can give zero stars i would do that. Worst place ever .. Last Thursday I went to pick up my "reserved car" and when I walked in thet told me we don't have a car for yoy and there is nothing we can do for you. Called customer support and even reached the escalation team, and they told me we can only say sorry and we cannot help you. They don't value their customers or their plans, avoid them at any cost. They will reply to this with their automated message .. send an email to bla bla bla .. but the fact is .. nothing happens .. avoid this place.

***attention - if you are late (I was 45 minutes late) for picking up your pre-booked car they will not hold for you. It also doesn’t matter if you call and confirm with them 48 hours ago(I did), they will not hold. That’s what happened with me. After little argument with reception they gave me smaller car (they did charge me little low). The guy on the reception told me that because of the long weekend they cannot hold car for me. Even if I have bookings. If you are booking at this location, please reconsider. Your vacation might not have a smooth start.

The agent on the phone rushed me and was snappy and impatient with me. They do not take credit card payments over the phone, which was very inconvenient for me as I had to leave work and drive half way across the city to make a silly payment which could have been done over the phone. I expect a minimal amount of convenience with a car rental which Enterprise did not satisfy. I’m only renting from Enterprise because it’s who my insurance recommended. I would never actually rent from Enterprise off of my own accord.

I think these guys only get better. I've been using Enterprise since the nineties. Their prices have remained consistently the best, but the service when picking up a car has dropped from a 15-20 minute affair with lots of loose paper to under 5 minutes and everything I need in an email. This particular location features very professional and friendly individuals, I've always appreciated the excellent service there. They have made specific efforts to my advantage.

Do not go this one! ! ! I want give them 0 star if I can! Me and my friend booked a car on Feb 24 at 1 pm. And they tell our the car is unavailable when we are about to go. And they don’t have any car in their company! That’s is terrible and unacceptable!!! They tell us to wait and they say maybe we will get the car in the end of the day! They are absolutely garbage! If u don’t want wait another 4 hours to get a car, just do not go there! ⚠️

Horrible First experience renting a car.... Bikram Bathh Is an awful sales repersentive... They do not look over the car properly nor check the condtion of the wipers OR check the tire pressures... And when Bikram gave me his card he said any problems to just call, I got a flat tire called Bikram and confirmed it was him, and he was going to send a tow truck, Then he denied talking to me... From the young lady that picked me up on that snowy morning right down to the gentleman that processed my rental at the end they were all fantastic. Worst enterprise location you will find. They don't even know how to deal with a customer. Staff doesn't even have time to refuel the vehicle to full. And will be asking "Did you refuel it back?" And when I said "I did refuel it back to pretty much the same level". He's like "pretty much the same or same?" How do I measure the litres in the tank. Senseless people. Never go there please.

We had engine problems with our rental ( not a surprise at minus 35), and Enterprise found us a replacement in spite of having other breakdowns and going into a peak demand weekend Much appreciated. On the other hand, I probably won't rent (or buy) a Cheverolet Equinox. The many warning lights related to cold weather operations were distracting, annoying, and probably a safety hazard.

I came here due to a vehicle damage and needed a vehicle during the repair period. I was very happy with the swift action provided. I got a clean car to drive and they called me later to check to see whether I am happy. Another great thing about this location is that, it is next door to a gasoline station. So even if you forget to fill it with gas, you just have to drive 200 metres.

As I was walking in the door I received a phone call telling me they had no car for me.. they did manage to find something in the back.. i renewed my license on the way there.. as per the instructions from the staff at enterprise.. I was ensured that the temporary license would be enough. No.. Ended up walking home and explaining to the kids that we were not going to the beach..

I have tried many many Enterprise locations all across US and Canada, but the one on 104 st and 75 ave is the worst Enterprise ever tried. They never reply politely! Imagine, I waited for 2 hours to pick me up, but nobody came. Called 10 times wnd every time was told the driver is on the way. Probably somebody from mars was coming that took this much. Never try!

Booked a full size premium SUV for our March trip in January. Go there today and no SUVs Lots of apologies but apparently no SUVs in the whole city. Kinda defeats the purpose of booking 3 months in advance. You think they would be able to call you in advance! Try and find a full-size SUV with a few hours notice before you are suppose to get on the road.

I booked a rental at this location as it's the closest to my place, but I needed to be picked up from my girlfriend's place downtown. They wouldn't pick me up there because it wasn't the closest location to where I was. Downtown isn't that far from this location.

I used Enterprise over the long weekend and was impressed with their service. I came two hours early but Sam was still able to set me up with a vehicle. She was very friendly and professional. I had reserved a mid-size sedan and was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a Dodge Charger at the same price! Needless to say, it was a fun drive.

I was using the rental while my car was in the shop and was pressed for time when I returned it because I needed to get to the shop to pick up my car before it closed. Initially I was given a Jeep Cherokee, but when I drove away and noticed a tire that was reporting low air pressure they immediately swapped my vehicle to one that had just been serviced just in case there was a slow leak!
