My fiancé had gone through this branch for a one day rental while his truck was being fixed at Londonderry Dodge. He didn’t have his credit card with him so he had to use debit to put the $150 deposit down. They told him they would debit him back the money once he returned the vehicle, but in the end they actually needed to hold onto the money for 7-10 days and said they would then issue a cheque if no tickets came in. Understandable. About a month and half goes by, he still hasn’t seen this cheque so he call them. They apologize and said they will send out a cheque immediately. Another week goes by and no cheque, he calls and they sent it to the wrong address apparently, so they cancel and reissue another one. We had asked if we could just come grab it but they said no, we only mail cheques. About a week later still no cheque in the mail. He calls and they said they sent it. Should be here any day now, and that it will take 7-10 days to get our house via mail. Cheque finally comes in, I deposit it. Thought this was done. Until last night enterprise put a “stop” payment on the cheque we had already deposited days ago! All because they had apparently sent a third cheque.. my fiancé wasn’t notified of this whatsoever, only until he checked his bank account last night. He called enterprise and the guy he was dealing with was apologizing and said he would look into this further with his accounts payable people, and he also told him he would have to deposit the new cheque before claiming his $150 deposit back. No we still don’t have this cheque and they claimed it was sent fedex express. This is absolutely ridiculous, and frustrating. This is OUR money and it shouldn’t be such a pain to get a simple deposit back! We are not happy about this. My fiancé’s bank also charged him for this “stop” cheque that was now pulled out of his account. I think enterprise should be sending a cheque to cover that charge also.

Absolutely one of the worst customer service I received 2 weeks ago I rented a car from this location and the manager Randy Caron argued with me as I've been waiting for a ride and he said that because the location is busy I will not getting a ride. He followed me outside the parking and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he continues to argue with me. VERY RUDE. Last night I've reserved a car again and Sukh Singh called me around 1:30 pm to confirm my reservation and I told him over the phone I need a ride and he said the driver will call me around 4:30 and he even asked for my address. Its already 4:50pm and no one showed up to pick me up. I called the location and told me that I can just drive myself to go to the location as there is no driver available. I have to asked one of my staff at the office to drive me. when I get there to the location, Sukh threatens me that I will not getting my car as I was upset and I raised my voice a little bit. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience again he argued with me. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME IM RENTING TO THIS LOCATION. RANDY the manager and SUKH assistant manager does not know the meaning of a good customer service. I suggest you rent a car to BUDGET OR AVIS INSTEAD. IF I CAN POST THIS WITHOUT GIVING A STAR, THATS WHAT THEY DESERVED.

Would have received zero Stars if available. Being disabled there are certain vehicles I cannot get into and many that I cannot get my Walker into. I park Underground and they offered me two vehicles that wouldn't fit in my parking spot. 1 1/2 weeks prior and the day before I was assured that they would have 2 vehicles that would suit me. I got nothing. I went home with no vehicle. Your auto insurance is supposed cover rental comprable to what is in for repair. Mine is a Lexus SUV and the next day they brought me a Ford Escape with duct tape on the windshield and filthy. They were smears on all of the seats sticky things on the dash and even coffee spilt in and around the cup holder. When I commented on this, Ryan (Enterprise staff) starting to give me hell for not liking what he brought. I beg your pardon! I told him not to dare put the blame on me when they brought me this vehicle that had so much thick dirt around every door and back hatch and you could not get in without getting your clothes filthy. Ryan did 'offer' to remove the duct tape but since they came later than promised I was late for an appointment and could not wait. I took the vehicle although I wanted to tell him where to put it. It took 2 people 2 hours to clean that mess. Nasty review very nasty service.

Absolutely terrible here. The workers are peons that have no power except to call the manager. The manager is another story altogether. He makes promises that he doesn't keep. He makes statements that are false. He tries to resolve situations by being fake and phony. After waiting an hour for no resolution I was offered absolutely nothing for compensation. I booked late but they had availability for small cars. I was going a far distance. I ended up being put in a truck. I was brushed off while in conversation with him as if I wasn't eligable. Randy Caron. Totally terrible and never should have gotten to a manager position. Also tried asking for a higher power to resolve the issue and he pushed it off and pushed it off its been two weeks and still no contact from anyone above and he wouldn't give me their info. Trash location altogether. AVOID!!! Was contacted to contact the care team and guess what? They got Randy to contact me and still offered nothing as compensation. Enterprise truly doesn't care about their customers at all it seems! I have been renting from them for over 10 years but treat me as if I need to be swept under the rug. Just terrible. I suppose if your experience is smooth you'll be ok. But if you have any issues they do not seem to care at all.

my truck had been hit (not my fault) and was in for repairs. my insurance company set up a rental through this location. everything started great, they got me into another truck. we did a walk around but the truck was backed in and against a chain link fence.while doing our walk around the agent noticed what appeared to be a small ding in the rear bumper. it was hardly noticeable as it was backed in and I didn't get a good look at it. the agent advised it was not big enough to note and said they where looking for scratches and body damage. aside from smelling like stale smoke the truck was decent. upon returning the truck I parked it in the front. the agent came out to inspect the truck and went right to the bumper. he then started to accuse me of the damage and said he had to fill out an accident report. I tried to tell him it was existing damage and the other agent knew all about it. I was dismissed because it was not noted on the report. now I have to go through an insurance hassle and most likely pay at least the 500.00 deductible. beware of this location. and make sure they pull the vehicle completely out and note everything on the contract or they will burn you.

Pretty disappointed at this location. I have been renting from Southside location for years and had great service and pricing. I moved to the North side and thought I would check out this location. When I called for a quote, their pricing was higher then what I found on the net so I booked online. Just a night before I was supposed to pickup the car I found same car but another rental dealer but in South side. I called to see if they could match it, the guy said to come in and he would have to see the booking. I went and spoke to Nathan and he confirmed that every thing matched up, then he said he would have to call his area manager to check. He came out and said they couldn't do anything. When I asked him why you couldn't just tell me over the phone. He said someone of should of and then apologized for wasting 'my little' time. Kind of rude when he doesn't know how much time it took me to come down with a sick kid. Not kind of customer service you would expect from a big company, especially a manager I will be going back and dealing with the location in South.

My car was written off my insurance company set me up with these guys picked up the car they walked around it and said it was good a couple days later the clips on the undercarriage cover of the car came loose I called them to let them know they said bring it in I bring it in they took my car early from me and tolled me they dont want no further damage as I never got another rental 2 days later I got a call saying the estimate for the damage is 400 and only you are liable ' they charged my credit card and did not even explain or take any responsibility ' when the car was picked up nobody looked under it ' it was loose from when I picked it up and finally clips came off on me after who knows how long it was like that ' they are very shady as they blamed the customer directly and put all liability on him' it was not in customers power at all for him to loosen up the clips ' watch out for Adnan as he takes only enterprises side and uses your words against you' this place is doing fraud to customers out there and no 1 knows who's pocketing the money, WATCH out

Unfortunately this location let me down yesterday. I had booked a 7 seat vehicle online through Costco Travel a month prior and when I came in they pretty much told me sorry but we don't have anything that big here, cant help you. I asked why it would let me book and was told because there is one available somewhere in the city, of course my next response was great- let’s find it and get it here asap and was told he’d need at least an jour to track it down. I was on a time crunch and fortunately the Enterprise a little further west on Yellowhead was able to help me right away. It turns out it was this locations responsibility to be prepared with a large enough vehicle to accommodate me booking through them and they failed to do that. Over & above that I did not get the feeling these employees at this location were trying to help me get what I needed and they lacked the drive I expect from a costumer service standpoint. I recommend taking your business to a different Enterprise, there are plenty more in the city.

Not to impressed with Enterprise. I will never rent from them again. The manager of the store was very unprofessional. When I returned the car they advised me the crack in the windshield was not there when I got it when in fact it was. When I did the inspection prior to renting the car it was dirty and not warmed up so the windshield looked fine. It wasn't until the car was warmed up and I cleaned the windshield tilling noticed the crack. Should have reported it as soon as I seen it but thought it would be fine. After being informed I was being charged 250.00 i of course got mad and as I was walking out of the store I could see the manager laughing like it was a laughing matter being out 250.00 dollars for something I didnt do. The person who signed my contract was not even the person who did the inspection with me so not sure how he signed off saying everything was good. I caught the manager in a couple lies and so did my mom when she talked to him so all together just think the location I was at is shady.

Very professional. Not much to say regarding the matter. You rent a car, it's very clean, you don't crash it, and you bring it back. The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and can get you in and out pretty fast, assuming demand doesn't outpace the supply. The terms and conditions of the rental are explained clearly and concisely. Their policy on damage is rather strict, but transparent. You are made aware of exactly what you're getting yourself into before you sign the dotted line. They will pick you up and drop you off at the brginning and end of your rental experience, respectively. It was rather frustrating that enterprise wasn't open on a Sunday. As such, you're forced to keep the vehicle another day if you require a ride afterward. Of course, you are billed for this day. That can be a bit irritating. Overall, the company runs it's affairs smoothly. As such, I give it four stars. And yes, this branch accepts insurance companies.

called enterprise from number on their website ,booked a vehicle vehicle was confirmed during call and several unnecessary emails ,got text saying to come check in and pick up vehicle, just as I was leaving my house after leaving work early,I get a call from a "part manager " saying no vehicle is there for me I have 5 ppl ahead of me ,I'll get a call if they get one in ,I took off morning from work for this and it's now 6:30 pm and still no call to come pick up CONFIRMED THROUGH PERSON AND SEVERAL EMAILS vehicle, to top it off the "part manager " said he called and talked to me telling me he told me this ,first I got no call no message, then he changed his lie to he left a message,all through the day enterprise was kind enough to send me 4 more texts telling me to come check in or do it from link that was provided and of course no vehicle was available, super disappointed with North side yellow head branch ,stay away from this gong show

Picked up a car yesterday and returned it last night, I had to call them this morning to see if they closed the deal, and they said yes and that my deposit would be returned, without closing it with me or sending a receipt. Then, I called again to ask for my receipt and how much I was charged only to find out I was charged 200+ dollars for a one day rental even though they had said they will return my deposit, I was charged for extra mileage even though they never went through all that with me, and when I asked why, the lady I spoke with I think she said she was the store manager was yelling at me on the phone and trying to get rid of me quick without explaining things clearly. Why would they close a deal without sending me a receipt or going through the mileage with me before giving me the keys, how do I know if the numbers are correct and why would get a 1 day rental for 200+ dollars? Worst service ever

I rented a car last month and this is not the first time that I have rented a car from this location. Bad luck, a fog light was broken and I got a call from a very fine gentleman, Ryan Lehman, that in a very intimidating way was demanding my car insurance policy. I did not have it with me because I was doing some chores with someone else's car. I told him that my American Express card will cover that, and I would be popping by the Enterprise location to follow up with him... I showed up and seemed he did not have enough pants to even talk to me, even though he saw me. The damage was fixed, American Express paid these guys and it has been more than a week and Enterprise Claims department hasn't refunded me the $500 charged to my credit card. Now... nobody knows anything and there is no follow up from anyone. Next step, will be Global News and to make this everybody's business that Enterprise doesn't care about their customers.

I will never use enterprise again . I took whatever vehicle when I should have got a truck or lg vehicle since that is what of mine is in the shop. I had to get to my kids birthday so I took what they had expecting to switch it up when they got something . Except after I took this crossover they treated me like I had a vehicle and any request or reservation I made meant nothing or that I'm being a inconvenience for not wanting to drive this go cart 7 hrs one way to visit family. My apologies for all the inconvenience I've caused u. And they never switched me . I even made a second reservation that they must have seen my name and quickly called to tell me they wont be able to get the vehicle requested yet I made the reservation with a person over the phone the day before. Total bs I wont ever deal with then again . There are lots of other rental places there not the only ones .

This store I have had a bad discriminatory experience. On April 29,2021 I went to rent a car and was discriminated against. I dealt with Yeshan Patel and I had 2 of the following utility bill and pay stub also my debit card had my name on it. He said I needed a copy of my lease to prove I lived at my address also I needed 2 utility bills. Really I felt I was discriminated against this man for being native. He wanted more information about me. My license has my address on it. He did not follow the policy. Are all your store's ignorant to natives? I will be leaving a bad review about this man. Thank you for nothing. If your staff don't follow the contract you should fire them. Yeshan Patel asked me for more information then what was required. I have emailed you guy's just didn't send my video from my phone.

Terrible place I filled out the survery and was supposed to have someone return a call to me still haven't heard anything. When I initially rented my car I was told that I could purchase extended coverage for $100 I was not told that when I returned the vehicle I would have to pay an additional 100 for this so called extra coverage that was not explained to me at all. That is the cost of my normal monthly insurance. I'm still waiting to figure out why that wasn't explained to me during the car rental time or else I would of just went through my original car insurance rather then being scammed by this so called other coverage. What a complete joke

I am on my third consecutive rental with this location, and i have to say the service is absolutely fantastic! I generally only rent from enterprise wherever i travel, i have rented in several provinces, all with excellent service and this location definitely has the best customer service in the nation (in my opinion)!..Got free upgrades, best rates, and very nice economy vehicles, with punctual pick ups and drop offs. Special thanks to Abolore and Franco, i hope Enterprise keeps you and rewards you both for your dedication and commitment to always delivering top-notch, high quality customer service and doing it enthusiastically and passionately!

Had a hard time with the customer service at this location. Yes we got a rental car however it was not what we wanted and were NOT informed to contact insurance BEFORE the rental. Then 2 days later we were asked to bring the car back because it was 'old' and they wanted to sell it (which whatever) but, when returning the car the guy was not respectful and told us if it is inconvenient we could just "take it back because he doesn't care about selling it". In the end we received a better vehicle but instead of him trying to be accommodating (maybe show us a list of what we ere eligible to rent) he was rude. Will not be going back to this location.

Had a rental from out of town and was advised to return to any location but the manager of this one refused to take the return because the car had Washington plates and made me drive all the way to airport to return the car. Staff at airport said they should have taken the car and have given me information to file a formal complaint. Apparently they have had issues with this store before. So be warned, the operators of this location do not care about customer service and do not follow formal Enterprise policy. Bad service, rude staff. Find a better location to rent from because this is a bad store

the phone line never go through and finally it went though I got hang up lol. Busy is understandable but doesn’t mean you can just hang up like that. It only shows how disorganized you guys are. Also, you really need to make sure the car you are getting is in perfect condition I mean every little detail!!!! If you find anything you write it down!!!!Otherwise they will turn around and charge you for any damage that you might never be aware of. And they will argue you are the one responsible for being sure the car is good and it’s written in the contract. BE CAREFUL !!!!!!

My wife and I rented a vehicle while our vehicle was in the shop for repairs. We paid a $150.00 deposit via debit. When we returned the vehicle on May 1, 2023, we were told 5-7 business days to receive a cheque with our $150 deposit. We are still waiting and after multiple calls to the manager, we are still getting the run around. Manager says head office issued a cheque on June 2nd. No cheque has been received and head office says to us its up to the branch to issue out these cheques. This is theft at this point. Consider this location reported to head office.

Enterprise has truly been a dream to deal with especially around the unfortunate times when you do need a rental vehicle. The 50th Street location definitely went above and beyond, They picked me up and dropped me off at the beginning and ending of dealing with them, they gave me a beautiful brand new car I requested on the spot. It was cleaned washed and ready for me in minutes. Staff are professional, very helpful and a joy to have dealt with. I will definitely be using you guys again. Thanks for the excellent service

In a time of need you want someone on your side 100% no matter what age you happen to be. In my experience with this location they don’t have you covered. I turn 21 in a month but because 3 confirmations from my insurance company wasn’t enough for them I’m left without a car for 3 days. Making getting to and from work nearly impossible. If you are young and need to rent a car for whatever reason I would absolutely not go with this store. I waited for 4 hours just for them to deny me a car because I’m a month away from being 21..

I pick up rentals here often as I travel for work. The staff are always 10/10, super helpful and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. One time the gentleman even stayed an hour and a half after closing on a holiday to make sure I got the vehicle I needed(there was a tire issue with one I was originally going to take). He found the issue, detailed a new vehicle, and then set me up with it. I'm always getting follow up calls from them asking how my experience was. They really care about their customers and it shows!

Do not rent a vehicle from here. After not only paying the extra daily fees for FULL damage insurance coverage, the lovely folks at this location still tried to scam myself and my business partner into paying over $1,000 damage that we didn't do to the vehicle. The claim was tossed out (we had proof of return, a walk through done by staff, and we weren't notified of the damage for 30 days), but buyer beware, don't pay for anything that you didn't do, or better yet don't rent from this location at all!

They made everything so easy. My car was in the shop, they came and got me, they dropped me back when it was done ! Everyone was very friendly and made the process stress free. The gent that dropped me back at the auto shop gave me directions on how to get back onto Yellowhead and when he realized he'd given me a wrong turn, came back to make sure he gave me the right directions. Who does that anymore ??!?! Very impressed really with the staff and experiance. 100% would not hesitate to recommend !

Truck broke down and needed a rental vehicle. Was informed that they do not offer pickup service but once explained had no way of getting to their business Shalim came and picked us up. He was so nice and chatted with us all the way to the shop. He was so helpful and personable and explained everything in detail for any of questions that we had. They are very busy but would recommend their service. Very thankful..Thank you Shalim for going over and beyond for us!

Worst location ever... always booked online at multiple locations across north America never have I seen such an unorganized basis on booking even after calling the location saying they have the available vehicle to find out they dont have anything available, I dont understand why it's so hard to check to see what you have and tell me the first time if you have it or not... this is the 3rd time this has happened here never had an issue anywhere else.

As I waited in Londonderry Collision the Enterprise driver was so concerned about me being late for work, he started helping the lady that was there to pick up a van transfer her stuff from her vehicle to her rental. Man that woman had a ton of stuff. I did end up late for work but not for that man's efforts. This rental company has never done wrong by me and I've used them across Canada. I strongly recommend them if you are in need of a rental.

Normally I'm quite nervous when my insurance company sets me up with enterprise, I won't go into details just google enterprise scams. But, at this location, my first time there it was quite professional, courteous and well informed. Mario did his best to explain the procedure, willingness to accommodate and his over all demeanor was well received. With that said, I would be more relaxed and inclined to visit this location again.

Had to get a rental cause our truck is at the dealership for services. Was given a car that clearly had alot of exterior damage to it as well was only 3/4 full in gas and extremly dirty inside. Given that there is a pandemic going on you would expect a company to do a much better job cleaning their vehicles. Had to take it to another enterprise to trade it in for something else. This is extremly.bad customer service.

Called to switch a rental from another location. Sim answered the phone and tried to help me to the best of his capability, unfortunately there wasn’t much inventory. He called later that evening at 7pm beyond closing time to let me know vehicles have been returned and try and get me in a different car. That is going above your job and speaks volumes. I would say amazing service but that is amazing people.

Enterprise was my one & only choice in the past for renting a car but since 2020 the price have drastically went up, like three times the price that i used to pay before. There could be several factors behind this but unfortunately had to book a car from another rental company this time and was charged only $41 before tax. I mentioned the price, so that enterprise could rethink about this. Thanks

I've been regularly renting at this location for almost 3 years now and I can easily say it's the best car rental service I've ever received. The staff here are consistently friendly and accommodating despite it being a relatively busy location. I've appreciated the free pickups and drop offs in all kinds of weather and the flexibility with vehicles and times to make it work with my schedule.

10/10 great experience! Charles went out of his way to pick me up with MY rental so I wouldn’t have to swap my baby and his car seat over twice! Charles was also super helpful with all of my questions and incredibly patient with me. We had some fun conversations as well. 10/10 recommend this place as you are treated like a human being by normal people with 0 BS. The car is pretty cool too.

My son had a car accident so he needed a rental car right away on a Friday before a long weekends so it was busy but they were able to provide a rental vehicle even though they were quite low on stock. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and clean. My son was satisfied with the service. I had an opportunity to be with him during the rental process and it went well.

Awesome customer service .. from start to finish. Nathan helped me out on the drop off. Great customer service one of the best customer service reps I've dealt with in a long time. It's nice to see someone take pride in customer service and do it so well this day in age. (I forget the name of the rep that did the rental pick up but it's the same review for that gentleman as well.

These guys did a fantastic job. Sherwood Park Enterprise said they had a truck for me when I booked it 5 days before I needed it, then said they didn't a few hours before I was going to pick it up, I went to these guys. There was a major truck shortage within Edmonton, but these guys found me one within a day and called me before they even had a chance to clean it! Thank you!

I live in Clareview but I now prefer going downtown to rent because this location has refused to prioritize fixing their booking system. This location has a dropbox for after-hour return but I have to choose another location as return point hence, a complicated booking flow. I mentioned it once to as staff member who helped me. I wonder why it has not been fixed.

Was disappointed with there selection of pick ups should of went to a better location, dirty full of dog hair windows were hard to see out of. there was only 2 trucks there for rent was going to change for other truck but had no time to wait for them to clean the other one besides if clean is the way the first one was why wait for another dirty one.

Supper helpful called me immediately as soon as they got the email from my insurance set up a time that would work for me and found a vehicle that met the needs of my son made my horrible day less stressful , when we brought the vehicle back super friendly asked if I needed a ride back to my vehicle was a really good all around experience.

Asked the individual what the point of a reservation is if you can't honor it.... he couldn't answer... I swear this feels like a Seinfeld episode... Needless to say, I'll never be renting from this company again

Been 8 plus months trying to get a refund because I left my credit card in truck and used debt. 8 phone calls and haven't even got 1 call back from accounting and they where saying this is a common issue have been into the store in person 5 times now and not even any compensation was offered toward a rental for me or anything

Excellent customer service and costs. Franco was incredibly helpful and informative, and I sincerely hope that his efforts are recognized by management! The car we rented was a Nissan Versa Note and it was perfectly clean and great on gas, just like he said it would be! Will definitely return when I need to rent a car again!

Location is fairly small. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait to get service or assistance. Once they're able to get to Younis say the service at this particular location is excellent. Even if there is a long wait. They will communicate throughout that they will be with you as soon as possible.
