"10/10 Will be using Aligo Rent A Car for any of my rental needs in the future!!! Incredibly friendly staff, new fleet (very clean!), easy to access locations and after hours drop! The Edmonton City location inside the 4 Points hotel has a nice comfy seating area if you need to wait for any reason! They also have a referral program so you can make a couple bucks just for suggesting a good company!"

SCAMMER VERIFIED, NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THEM!! I rented a car from this company but unfortunately scratched the door before returning. Then I was charged unreasonably expensive for more than CA2000 even before the estimation of repair. They promised to refund me the residual amount after the actual estimation of repair cost but it never happen. Secondly, they charged me for CA250 admin fee without any explanation. I've tried to follow up and explain to them that they're overcharging me and should do a refund, however, it took a very long time back and forth in emails and they finally just ignored my points. I've never been in such a bad customer experience and scammed, they just don't care the feedback of customers and keep doing the wrong way in cheating customers. The local police should look into this as there're lots of similar cases happened in this company.
