Well This has been my branch for over two years no problem I try Nd go cash my pay and she was tryna hold it for 2 weeks even though I’ve been gett direct deposit for a year now not happy at all not goin back if that girl who was working today on feb.14 /2020 at 2:30 pm she need to check herself

Customer service reps are not helpful at all aside from one young woman. The others have failed to book appointments, been combative when asked for basic information. Accountant refused to look at paperwork when applying for a mortgage. Overall would not recommend this branch.

Very disappointed in the hours on operation, if I could give 0 stars I would. Not convenient for people that work Monday - Friday, unfortunately now I have to go to a different bank. I know I'm not the only one in this situation.

Since the very beginning, this bank has been annoying. I would call them by phone, they'd tell me to go to the branch, and then I'd go to the branch and they'd tell me "This can't be solved". Happened with several incidents.

Not sure when these people go to the bank ,!my experience fir a while now its disappointing the atm is awful and smelly with dirty clothes and the smell of urine is disgusting,

Service is great and so is the location. It's very clean and the line is quick or nonexistent. People are very friendly to you which is very important for me.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, in particular Dimple. She helped me when I was stressed about my finances and was very courteous and caring.
