Honestly wish I didn’t have to leave one star. Waited inline for 30 minutes today. While ppl in their offices stared at the lineup and did nothing to help. Heard your phones ringing numerous times for a long period, and no one answered. Not even those in their offices staring at the lineup. Another new person being trained and left alone while it’s busy. Can you please consider helping other clients? And stop sitting on your butts looking at us. I just needed to make a quick withdrawal that I couldn’t do at the machine. Reading your reviews though, it honestly looks like your response is a copy paste answer and that you truly don’t care about your customers!!! Been with BMO since I was 16. And this branch is the worst I have ever dealt with!!

No apologize from anyone from the branch, when I asked for a phone number with a extension line, the teller just said: No extension line, also I'm the only one work here, If I was with the customer I can't answer the call. Only one person work front As well as need to train new staff it's not customer's problem, it's your bank management problem. Please learn how to respect your customer properly
This is my favourite location by far. Everyone I have dealt with has been so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed. They all take the time to hear out my questions/concerns, and provide me with in-depth answers. I asked about opening a TFSA account to trade stocks with BMO. An employee was honest enough to advise me to keep my stocks where I have them (in WealthSimple app with zero fees) rather than transferring them to BMO (which would have fees). You'd think since they work for BMO they'd be quick to switch my funds over even if it is at a disadvantage to me. I really respect this employee's honesty and care for my hard earned money!
Horrible service, no one picks up their phones. And multiple times I have been at this branch and I gotten horrible service, one time they were supposed to disconnect my debit card, was told it would take 24hrs and it never worked. Another time, they wouldn't even call and leave a voicemail to let me know they couldn't complete my transaction, instead I had to go back in the branch for the 2nd time that day just to be told it was a no.
So disappointing. I never had this kind of experience at CIBC, RBC or Scotia Bank. I've been there four times, they are never helpful and never try to do something to make their clients feel they mean something to those who work there. It takes extremely long to get our own money with the banking draft, they blocked our debit card without any reason three times and are always so slow. I would never recommend them to anyone.
What a terrible place to try and do business. Very inept staff who were rude and outright lied to me about them having lost their keys when really they were calling around to verify who I was while holding my drivers license and credit card in his hand. If you want to be lied to and get slow and poor service then this is the place for you.
More than 30minutes just getting me a Debit card from an existing joint account. Super frustrated especially I had a baby there waiting with me. No one would help the poor guy to finish this simple service. And BMO PLEASE well train your staff before putting them on the spot! BRIDGWATER BRANCH WINNIPEG
No one pick up the call that I want to make an appointment. <--- this is my previous review. I got your response such quickly. Why cannot your pick up phone speed be as good as your response speed on the review? Why do I need to spend more time and do more complex things on email to get a call back?
I am so upset about one of personal banker I was asking about gic and trying to made appointment with her by email, she even didn't rely me and she could tell me if she can not make appointment for me, but she chose ignore me, it was rude and bad experience at this branch : (
Went here once and only once, the lady speaks Mandarin was so rude to me and completely not welcome me, no wonder she seemed inpatient answering my questions and so arrogant. Very frustrating experience with this branch!
Please come here only if you have a day off..your whole day will be wasted in the line of only 3 people as there's only 1 teller and the second teller doesn't know anything...
Seems customer service is a dying art. Waited 20 minutes without any acknowledgement of my presence from staff or any sign of getting any help in the near future.
I have been there couple times. staff tries to be helpful. I expected to receive better services. I wish this place has a locked storage for safe deposit box !
The lady manager (Filipino) doesn’t know the basics of Banking Industry. This branch needs smart and intellectual employees.
