Called 5:35 pm and was put on hold. Decided to drive there after 20 min wait and showed up 6:01. Door was of course closed. When staff was leaving I asked them why I was still on hold and they never got back to me. Answer was. We’re closed now and we don’t care. Will be going back to enterprise rent a car.

I rented a car at the airport, Edmonton. I was going to deliver it back to Edmonton Downtown. I had to go back to the airport and deliver it because the Downtown office was closed. Made a reservation in advance for a mini van and when we went to pick it up they had no vans and we were basically told it was not their problem because their booking system is not linked to what it in their lots.
