The customer service was stellar and all transactions/dealings were speedy and hassle-free. The person I dealt with was so cordial and friendly! The location is quite literally at the center of the city so it was really easy for me to get to even via transit. Their selection of cars was great. The car I got was sparkling clean and was a joy to drive. Budget is know for offering the best bang for buck ratio and this location was no exception. This location is definitely now my go to for my car rental needs in Edmonton.
I had great customer service here recently. I was running late and showed up just before they closed. When I arrived I realized I had left my wallet in my office. Dipti waited for me to go back to my office and come back...staying open a half hour past their scheduled closing time. I was so appreciative and grateful for her being so accommodating and gracious!
Wouldn't accept a credit card in a family members name so that I could go see them in another city for Christmas. Wasn't even willing to work with me and tried to make me feel like less of a human for not having a credit card. Not all of us want to be in debt up to our necks thank you.

Aldard is the best customer service provider I have ever seen. She is always on top of her work. And try to provide the best to the client. Make sure u ask for her.
Inconvenient location, however staff are pleasant and have good customer service.
