This bank is very good at creating the illusion they have all of the financial services needed to be a very good match to your profile, but is not able to deliver anything at all. I think they just like to invade people's privacy, when they should say up-front they cannot serve you.

I had a disappointing experience with the HSBC branch manager Allison Stevenson. Allison's attitude was consistently rude and condescending, making the entire interaction unpleasant. It's disheartening when a supposed leader in customer service falls short of basic courtesy.

The girl teller dressed inappropriately by wearing a see through and also acknowledged as “hey lady” the girl teller should say “excuse me Mam” rather than saying “hey lady” they are disrespectful

Two of the front desk guys are unprofessional and rude. Doesn't know how to behave with customer. It seemed like they were behaving like i was their employee. Do not recommend.

Worst banking service I have ever seen. ATM always locked that you only allow to enter during Monday - Friday. No weekend and any day after 10pm.
