The staff here were outstanding. The young lady that greeted us was polite and cheery, the loan officer we met was exceptional. She was so helpful and understanding, compassionate, very nice. Not even sure of success of the inquiry but, the experience was very pleasant indeed.

Amanda Jones is worst employee of this branch, claiming she’s one of the managers. Went out to get my student account activated she ended up saying that I have to call Trans Union instead of helping me out. As a new comer to this country this is my worst experience ever.

Completely satisfied with the work of this branch! The staff is friendly and responsive. A couple of times I had problems due to the mistakes of the employees, but everything was fixed later!

Avoid going to PB Ibrahim, very unprofessional with clients, never reply phone calls and makes in-appropriate comments on your financial history. Do not deal with this guy at all.
