Oh where to start. ATM ate my card. Beyond the slowest service in the world in the branch. Oh and the are ageist. I wrote a letter to the branch manager, she called me but never responded. I wish I could give em negative 5. Go drive to Pembina and Oakenwald, a real RBC branch.
Wow....so impressed with their kind customer service. Took a family of newcomers to Canada to withdraw from their account for the first time. They had forgotten their password etc etc. The teller was extremely patient and we got it done! Definitely recommend.
