Only giving 1 star because I can’t give it a zero. Came in from out of town, went to this branch because bank account was locked due to so called fraudulent activity. Refused to help even though identification could be confirmed. Very rude and walked away from the counter after being asked why they (Kevin Williams) couldn’t help.

My experience was good here. I applied for my credit card at another branch but they were so unprofessional then I book my appointment here. Kelley komar was my counsellor here and I must say she is very helpful. Overall my experience was good here. I am very happy with the service provided by Kelley.

The branch is very useless, all d staffs including the so call managers make their own rules for the bank and gives clients hassle, all d staffs should be transferred out , this is my second horrible experience at the branch.
Worst experience!!! They just wasted my time. The manager named Kevin A Williams first agreed to sign the commission of oath and wanted me to come later. She then refused saying that she misunderstood. Waste of time.
Really bad customer service. Went there for debit card issue & they said they don’t handle this in this branch(the indian lady who work there).. I mean why you then setup a bank there for rejecting your clients?
