I've been waiting a few months to write this, and be able to put my dissatisfaction and disappointment into words. I was a TD customer for close to, if not more than a decade. From being a child and opening one of their first bank accounts, to being an adult trying to secure a mortgage. Overall, I was never truly a huge fan of TD, but they are conveniently located and that played a lot into my decisions. But, after the absolute mess that came from applying for a mortgage and working with TD closely, I pulled all my business from them, and will tell anyone I know to never bank with them. At first, it seemed like a great fit, and communication was on point. Asheev understood that this was a huge, new step for me, and I thought it was going to be easy with him in my corner. But when I changed from a HELOC to a mortgage, and got beat on the first house I tried to buy, it all went downhill. Communication came to a screeching halt. Emails were never responded to, phonecalls were immediately hung up on. And when I could get through to the branch, and tell them my name and who I was trying to reach, they would say they are going to connect me, and hang up on me. I never got any explanation as to why this happened. I even went in person to the branch, and was told he was not there that day, but I saw him in his office. The lack of professionalism was extreme. So I immediately left, went to another bank, opened up an account and pulled all my money. Closed all accounts, and have never looked back. As of right now, I have a new house, and a mortgage specialist at RBC who actually takes care of everything and communicates amazingly. So thank you TD, for forcing me to switch banks. Not being with TD has made my life so much better.

What a great bank and great customer service. It is always super clean, organized and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Stewart, is easily the top, if not the very best Investment Advisor in the city, and I would dare say the country. His level of knowledge is insane. He has degrees in finance and investing all over his office wall. He listens to what you want and your investing knowledge and how you want your money working for you. He is always checking in to make sure everything is good and you are comfortable, and if there is any changes in the market and how this will affect you. His main goal is to make your money work for you, as well as making sure you are comfortable with your investments that you can sleep well at night knowing you have the best advisor looking out for you 24/7. This is all Stewart does. He doesn't wear 100 different hats in the bank, he wears one, and that is to manage your money and to help you have the best retirement or savings goal you dreamt of. Oh, and did I mention he is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet? He takes the time to listen to you and your goals and aspirations with your money, and then creates a custom plan, just for you, to help you achieve those goals. He is a really great guy, with a ton of knowledge and experience. I trust him 1000000% with my money, my retirement, my son's RESP, my mother and father in-law's retirement investments, any and all of the friends I have sent to him, and they all say the same thing I said above. Do yourself a favor and just speak with Stewart and see what he and the TD Bank in Tuxedo can do for you.

Had an online appointment, the representative never showed up, I called in and I was told that he is with another client as that appointment has taken longer than expected. The representative, Tarun, calls me a bit later and tells me the appointment was supposed to be in person, he is going to do me a favor and do it over the phone. When I inquired about it, he simply says "I am not gonna argue with you, lets have the meeting". After his unprofessional attitude, I asked to talk to the branch manager. After a few minutes of waiting, the branch manager came online, told me they are sorry for giving me false information about the appointment and then hang up. Simply unbelievable customer service.

I made my scheduled car payment of $283 to TD Auto Finance on February 24th. March 1st they charged my account $283 which bounced and cost me a $45 NSF fee. I called and spoke with them, they confirmed they received my payment on February 28th and that “the system” shouldn’t have attempted to take additional money, especially as I do not have any pre authorization to remove funds from the account! I pay the bill manually! Now I check my account, and they have AGAIN, on March 2nd, attempted to take $283 from my account, which bounced, and cost me ANOTHER $45 NSF fee. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! I don’t have $90 to throw down the drain because your “system” is going haywire!!!

I'm 90% certain they lost $1000.00 of mine. Weeks ago I met with someone for a with-drawl from a savings account. I was there for 2 hours with the bank worker and the paper work wasn't filed correctly, got sent a digital copy and had to do it all over again, and that paper work wasn't done correctly either so I had to come in a second time to sort it out. I got a statement saying 1000 dollars was deposited into my account (it wasn't) and I've been calling for weeks to get help but I keep getting "put on hold" (they hang up) or they tell me they aren't the correct person to help me and don't tell me who can. It's been weeks and I still don't have my money.

Absolutely terrible. I needed to have my late brother's account statements sent to my address, after having already met with a woman named Monica at TD Tuxedo regarding his accounts, rather than being sent to his address in B.C. I emailed Monica to request the address change and received a very cold response saying I need to go to the nearest TD location, show my ID, and request the change. No help whatsoever and it was like she didn't even know who I was.

This branch used to have some great staff but they are long gone. Now they have 14 people standing outside waiting to get in and it's a giant mess. They have all new staff in this location. Not a single person knows what's going on apart from one manager. The staff are undertrained and will make your life hell. Their app hasn't been working at all lately. Get ready for a 2 hour wait.

Very Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jenice is a customer service Manager but she lacks the customer service skills completely. What ever we can get at other td branches very easily, this branch won’t provide you that. Moreover, she was accusing the other td branches that they are not following the rules. Kindly spend $1 extra on gas and go to any other branch to get better service.

I made an appointment to open a new account here, and the personal bank associate Agnes chu was very patient and explained a lot of details to me, making me feel that TD Bank is very caring, and the app banking function is very user-friendly。

Long time TD customer - 1st time at this 'new' branch. Waited in line for over 25 minutes. NO business line. 2 tellers - 1 of which was new and encountering issues with every customer. Get it together TD management.

Needed to do some in person banking. Nice building but they have moved much farther away from my house, they used to be a 5 minute walk but now its much harder to get to them

Force people outside to use the bank machine because they removed the machines that were inside. You can’t even read the screen because of sunlight. Prefer the old location.
