Went in to inquire about an auto loan I have with TD (I don't have any other accounts with them), with a simple question about how to pay off my loan. Dispite showing him the directions TD themselves list online, the employee I dealt with said that what I was trying to do couldn't be done. Not only that, but the employee told me my information regarding my account numbers was wrong (information which I was pretty sure about beforehand and which was clearly visible on my open 'easyweb' webpage), and that I should create a savings account with them just to use to pay off a loan! Ended up calling the customer support line, who not only confirmed that I COULD payoff my loan exactly as described online, but confirmed that I did have the correct account number (which is why I went in person in the first place). I get that not every staff member knows everything (especially as TD auto loans are an at-times oddly separate part of the TD system), but this is just poor service, and ensures that I won't ever deal with TD for banking or loan needs again.

Long story short called manager, customer support. Every single person was rude. Went there to get loan approval with an awesome profile. Mortgage specialist "sukhwinder maini" treated us so bad that we decided to never do any business with TD at all. Basically told me that she could not believe that we really wanted loan until after our agent sent her the final offer papers. She did not provide me with any details or paperwork even after claiming she has done everything in rush hour and closing was due in 10 days. Even our realtor was shocked to see this kind of service. Called CMHC straight away and got the advise to change the mortgage broker. Happy to get the loan approved somewhere else within 3 days, processed and signed in next 2 days. Don't waste your time here. You would regret your decision.

Avoid this branch if you need more information, explanations or have questions, went in with questions wanting to set up a payment plan on my visa, the receptionist was nice but couldn't access the details she said only manager can, so she went to bring in the grumpy manager with an atitude who didn't want to be disturbed, the manager didn't even look or ask what i needed help with she straight up told me, we don't deal with visa in this branch only debit. Apparently debit issues can be dealt with in person and credit can only be dealt with on the phone. A whole TD branch can't answer basis questions. imagine someone who's not good at using a computor or a phone. Useless indeed.

Horrible , I would give a minus if I could. Due to decline of health, Covid lock downs and reduction of income , necessitated the selling of my house. This bank charged over $16.000.00 in fees. I had asked the Manager for a reduction on compassionate grounds , he flat out refused and did not even consider. ( Not even a "hang on , Ill see what I can do for you") I have been with this bank my entire life, and that did not count for anything. I do not recommend this branch for any banking as this is how they treat people, especially during hard times like these. Nobody could foresee this pandemic, and a lot of people are suffering . Don't expect any compassion from these guys.

Do not place money in this bank. If your parents deal with this bank, get them to close the account and move the money elsewhere. My mom passed away and I'm dealing with her estate. She had GICs at several different banks ( apparently typical of people's who lived through the great depression). All the other banks have issued checks to her estate. The TD a month and a half later still has not paid out. There's always another form I need to sign, another excuse. All the other banks confirmed everything by email, the TD doesn't like to use email, I guess they don't want a paper trail proving how incompetent they are.

Do NOT bank here. Advisors are poorly trained and do not know basic banking information nor can they even ‘advise’. Wouldn’t trust them and their advice as far as I could throw them. It is very clear that nobody cares and have no interest in helping customers, just care about their ‘survey’ that they constantly promote and scamming people into getting loans that they don’t need. DO NOT COME HERE

I took three stars away. Can't say I am happy about no access to the ATM machines inside because of the homeless guy that was living in there. Couldn't you find another solution rather than lock your customers out? I work midnight shift and can't say I like using the drive-thru in -30 C weather plus safety issues since I am using something that cars drive up on.

Do not bank with TD! I’ve been warned by countless people to not trust my money with TD and I wish I would have listened. This branch by far is the most disorganized and poorly managed branch I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional

We have been dealing with this branch for over 20 years and only have good things to say about it. We always get excellant customer service for any of our dealings with the branch. WELL DONE TD . We highly recomnend this branch. R&R.

This location is one of my favorites when I am looking for a bank,the location is very convenient and the staff is super friendly and polite,parking is a little bit small for the business.

I went to the bank today and I had a chance to meet Sudeep Kaur ,she was really patient and very helpful and I could solve my problems regarding my saving account with her help thank you.

The outside ATM swallowed my debit card, and I had to wait at least half an hour for them to issue me a new one. What started as a simple transaction turned into a great inconvenience.

Convenient Bank that works for customers. You can use it in the evening after work and on Saturday. Always friendly staff. Drive through ATM. But sometimes...

Worst customer service and don't even think of talking to any mortgage specialist. They will treat you like it's crime to consider taking loan.
