Went to this branch to make a payment. They failed to process the payment, which made my payment late. They are yet to process the payment, but won’t give me my money back either. I asked for the Branch Manager to call me and that is yet to happen. Worst banking experience of my life.

Worst bank in Canada without a doubt. I had a full service account for a charge of 24$ a month , then was told I'm paying to much so they convinced me to change account, now I pay 60 plus a month . Closing my account and done with these scammers.

I'm suprised by the negative reviews... i think the office staff is very friendly and i never feel rushed... yes some days i may have to wait in line a bit... but ive been to other banks with much longer wait times.
Bring in deposits to the business counter, and have the elderly teller complain about how you have TOO many deposits, then gesture at the line and insinuate that it's your fault for causing it.
Don't bother going to the atm here on a Sunday, parking lot is packed with people and you can't even drive through to the business. I don't know how the business allow this to happen.
I was kept waiting for over 35 minutes while trying to close my account by two incompetent people for a task that should not have taken more than 5 minutes.
